We stayed for a week. Had to move rooms 4 times due to AC/heat not working, next room had perfume and stale odours/cigarette smoke smell coming through vents. Third due to a TV that didn’t work. Finally at the end of our stay a room that seemed OK. The front desk are very kind but Supervisors don’t care if you’re not happy. Would never stay there again.

Staff were attentive. Hotel has gym, pool, sauna and coin operated laundry machines - all located in the same floor. It’s easy to do laundry and then fit in some exercise. Location is not downtown but close enough to the train station - about 7 minute walk.

Very good hotel. We were visiting this specific are so it was perfect for us. A bit far from downtown but there is easy access to transit. Breakfast was great and the gym was really good too. Would stay here again.
