Apartment was clean - area in old town was great - right around the corner of the Basilica. There was a really strong food smell and on our second day we realized that we were next to and above a restaurant.

This apartment does not meet building code and should not be occupied until it does. Expedia should be embarrassed to list it. The bathroom sink plumbing is improperly vented so it doesn't drain, and the water in the u-bend is sucked out, letting sewer air come into the apartment. This is both disgusting and unhealthy. The windows open easily, go right to the floor and have no locks or railings. Pretty? Sure. But it would be very dangerous with a small child. One of the two large towels had a terrible brown stain on it. They said they couldn't replace it, but I could launder it. (If their industrial laundry left the stain in, would the little household laundry do any better?) My partner and I shared one towel the whole time. In two places only one of four light bulbs on a track works. Clearly this is intentional as they lighting is way too bright otherwise and there are no dimmers. I knew it had no amenities, but if you market as a hotel there should be the minimum service. A second room key for example, or an access code. They communicate through multiple channels, which is irritating when there's no counter staff (a text bot to check in, Expedia with questions, by "kasbastays" when you need access code info). Give me one point of contact please. Ideally with a human. The bot that sent me my check-in link added a period to the URL, making it unusable. I figured it out but should not have had to. I asked the bot to escalate this glitch to a human but did not get a response.

This was a great property for exploring Old Montreal. Easy walking to all of the great spots. Lots of amazing shopping and dinning options. Parking was a little difficult due to the size of our vehicle but that part of Montreal is a little difficult no matter what! My only suggestion to the property managers would be to maybe upgrade their bedsheets to something a little softer. Overall, great experience and we would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was super nice and clean. The location of the property is wonderful, being right in the heart of old Montréal with lots of shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, cafés, and bars within walkable distance. Would highly recommend staying here!

This could have been a stellar place to stay except for lack of attention to details. For example: no cutlery and very few plates. No dish cloth or towel just a water stained roll of paper towel. Two bath towels (only). We can make due with this but 1 face cloth? To share? To make it welcoming and invite guests to return maybe coffee/tea supplies for the first morning? So much potential here.

Prime location!

The space was good, location was excellent! The bathroom shower needs a deep cleaning and the bathroom sink drain needs to be cleared. The water was backing up a bit. Beds were comfortable, access was easy. All in all, it was a lovely stay :)

Perfect location, comfortable, spacious, clean and good communication. No noise. Dish soap, body wash/soap and shampoo was provided. NO MICROWAVE. Bed was comfortable. One of the privacy blind was broken. Traveled with my partner. We did not used our car because everything was close in distance but on our last night we did see a little mouse running across the hall way, this is the the only reason i am giving 4 stars. Aside from that the apartment was supper clean and well presented so im assuming it had to come from somewhere outside.

location is good. blinds were broken, furniture was beat up and dirty, bed was advertised as queen - it was a double. the property needs a lot of fixing up. you could hear a lot of noise especially footsteps of surrounding units. for the price i definitely wouldn’t book again. less boutique hotel and more ran-through party palace.

The location was perfect. The apartment felt comfortable and spacious. I would recommend to have coffee filters available to make coffee in the morning. I also had to purchase paper towels so that I could wipe counters clean. The bathroom shower door where the hinges were, I could see that there was water issues. That needs to be repaired and wall painted. Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience and plan on booking with this property again.

The property was acceptably clean upon arrival. Unfortunately a few small items detracted from the property. There were multiple light bulbs not working throughout. There was no coffee maker on premises. No way to make ice. There was also a smell of sewer gasses from the bathroom at all times. The property was quiet and secure. Overall acceptable, just a few maintenance issues mostly.

Extremely close to everything. Less than 1 minute to Notre Dame. Weekend stay was good, but construction across street may be a problem during the week. Floors were sticky and bathroom faucet was loose. Oh well. Christmas store staff was very helpful with using access code to get into building. Otherwise it is a place to sleep and recharge.
