The staff is exceptionally helpful. I also love the location - very close to Berri-UQAM Metro station, which is a bit of a hub to take you wherever you may want to go. The room size is small but as a solo traveler, I found it perfect for me. I’ll always stay here when I’m in Montreal.

Staff courteous but room 502 was sub-par for 170$/night. When running the water in the bathroom, the stench that came out was unbearable. Room is very small and room across the hall was my mom's room (same price) and her room was nice with lots of space and a much better bathroom with a bath tub (ours was just a shower). Would not recommend this place.
