Some of the staff members were really nice and diplomatic while others need courses on how to treat customers
Overall really nice experience for a family to stay for a few days.
We rent a car to visit Old Montreal and the Olympic Park. Perfect for our family vacation (with a baby of 18 months).
clean room staff always smiling and helpful breafast is good gym is just what you need during a stay
We were at the Residence Inn for a hockey tournament. It provided us the opportunity to cook dinner in the room after a long day of hockey. Service was prompt with additional requests, i.e. rollaway bed, extra pillows, etc. Would recommend to others and would also return.
We stayed here with baby to see autumn leaf at The Laurentian Mountains, Quebec. Fully equipped kitchen was really helpful to take care of him, and breakfast was very impressive.
This is a pretty good, pretty average airport hotel. It is comfortable and quiet (especially considering it is near the airport) and you have a few restaurants and stores nearby. The biggest gripe is the layout of the room - the TV and TV cabinet is between the bed and the pathway to the bathroom, so you constantly feel like you might tip the TV over. Otherwise, it is a fine airport hotel.
We stayed at Residence Inn Montreal Airport last weekend and we were very impressed. This hotel got everything we needed. Friendly staff, good breafast, nice clean spacious room with comfortable beds and a large pool which my children really enjoyed it. About 10 to 15 minutes drive to Montreal downtown. The only little things that need to improve are: elevators are a bit slow, breafast area is too small that often build up a line for food and every crowded, but sitting area is great. We definately will stay again if we go to Montreal again.
it was okay, but not compare to the money that i paid. the staff were very friedly. room was clean, but old stuff and no inspire
