There are two things we didn't appreciate: (i) We booked a queen bed room and they give a two double bed room; and (ii) Some visitors made much noise even after midnight, but the staff took care of it after we complained. The rest is okay.

I love the excellent staff service! Staff are very nice and treat everyone with kindness. 24/7 tea and coffee machine are an excellent perks of staying in this hotel and free breakfast is an excellent way to filled up your tummy before exploring the city. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
