Our group of seven adults - two families - had a relaxed, enjoyable stay at the cozy home. It was conveniently located, a short drive to Monterey. The kitchen was very well equipped, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

The house was beautiful. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We spent Thanksgiving there with family and it was centrally located to Carmel, Monterey, Pacific grove and the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

What a beautiful property. The home was cozy and incredibly clean. Stocked with everything you could need and plenty of glasses and plates. Also, plenty of seating to watch TV for a group. I plan on coming back.

If you like beautiful, clean, easy to access, and a nice owner who communicates well, this is the place. Instructions were clear and simple. It was very convenient to the golfing we were in Monterey for and there was plenty of space for four adults with each of us having our own room. The backyard was wonderful to relax in. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Vince.

Newly refurbished in and out. Very comfortable and very clean. Convenient to local attractions especially golf. Good communications with host. Separate baths make it great for multiple adults. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

Great space and feel. Communication was straight forward and quick. Everything you need for a relaxing time with friends or family. There was no metion of nearby airport which was a little annoying at first but ended after dark and started first thing in the morning. Having to fill propane tanks is not the best option for guests, also probably not the safest place to store them in the garage next to water heater, Safety wise. Just my suggestion. Overall the place was great..

The home is just how it looks online. The decor is very tasteful, beds are comfortable and it’s in a quiet area. The kitchen has beautiful tableware and gorgeous tile.I took one star off because we didn’t realize one of the bedrooms access is from the backyard and it doesn’t have a shower, so that person has to come in and use the shower in the main house. We were a party of 5, yet the living room only comfortably fits 3-4 people on the couch all sitting in a row. A couple side chairs would be a nice addition. Instead we sat at the dining table all night and would have rather sunk into cushy chairs.One last peeve I have is when you are asked to strip the beds. For the price of the cleaning fee, please let me just walk out the front door. Also I think a 10:00 check out is pretty early - for all I know we may have been granted a late check out, but we didn’t try.

Great stay for 8 adults. 3.5 bathrooms are a plus. Plenty of linen/towels. Well stocked essentials in kitchen for cooking. Remodeled with comfort in mind. Would stay there again.

My family of 7 stayed here this past week for a wedding, and we all thought the place was beautiful, clean and in a great location. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and stocked bathrooms. We would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Great stay at this Monterey home. We had 4 in the house and it worked out perfectly. We were all comfortable. Back patio was a perfect hang out spot — watching football on the outside TV, playing corn hole and just enjoying the comfortable nights. House has all the amenities you need and at a great price. Would recommend and stay again.
