Great hotel! Rooms are clean, beds are comfy & location is fantastic. Loved having a fireplace too. You can walk to everything! Plus, the complimentary breakfast is better than it needs to be and the serve complimentary wine, beer, cheese and crackers and fruit from 5-6.

I love this hotel and stay here every time I’m in Monterey. We love the staff, the rooms are spacious, and they offer free breakfast and wine in the afternoon. It’s walkable to the aquarium and many shops and restaurants. Who could ask for more?

This place is charming. The room was nice. It had a fireplace and nice chairs and a table in a sitting area. They have a wine and cheese reception. We weren’t at the hotel from 5 to 6 so we didn’t participate either night. However, if we were around, it would’ve been a nice addition.

We had a great stay! Having mobility issues I was a bit worried about my ability to get around the hotel. My worries were a nonissue. We parked in the underground garage, had a short walk to the elevator and our room was just down the hall. To get to the wonderful breakfast it was a short walk from the elevator to the lobby. Our room was clean, the location was perfect; it was a great getaway.
