Very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is on the best street in downtown, very well maintained and the food excellent. Anabelle and Natasha went out of their way to make our 2-night stay even more enjoyable. When they realized that we were a party of 4, they upgraded our room from 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed to a top notch suite of two bedrooms that included comfy queen and one double beds at no extra cost!

This is not my first stay here, but first time writing a review. I stayed for two nights while in town for work and was actually booked at the Delta. I chose to stay here because: very large rooms, kitchenette handy, separate desk and living rooms from bedroom, great restauraunt downstairs, on Main Street and access to other places to eat, very close to walking trails for my daily run, friendly and efficient staff, and free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Great friendly staff! A must stay when you stay in Moncton! Right downtown and close to everything! Natasha and Jeremie are really so helpful and friendly! I travel all the time and make sure when I am in Moncton, I stay here.

We were stuck for a place to stay this week and decided to try this hotel. While space was limited or full for some of our duration, Jeremie and Natasha (front desk staff) were exceptional at accommodating us late in the evening and allowing us to stay for the week. Thanks for the help and friendly service!!

We stayed for 1 night and it was perfect. The room was large and perfect for us and our 2 young children. Everything was very clean, the staff were fantastic. The kids loved the pool, although the towels at the pool are very small so you may want to bring your own. The included breakfast was great. The only thing I would have liked to have seen that they didn't have was a binder in the room with a few pizza/take out menus and info about the area. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in Moncton!

The room was clean but dated. The suites have a great amount of room. Front desk staff were not very hospitable. Not rude just not nice or efficient. Good location but I'm not sure I'd stay here again as a result of the staff. It was fine and the pool looked like fun for the kids. Several kids I saw told me it was freezing but I saw a lot using it. Probably good for families.

Rooms are clean and spacious. For an older motel I would recommend this as a place to stay when you're coming to Moncton. On the con side, there were party people beside me very loud and cigar smoke wafting into my room. I would, however try this place again.

I have stayed here a few times when I was in Moncton. I have nothing bad to say about this place or I would be lying! Great Location as it is in the heart of the downtown area and in walking distance to many great places and restaurants. The Keg is nearby and is really good. The beds are nice and spacious clean and comfortable. They have special treats for the guest which is a nice touch.. and The Staff are super friendly and professional The day I was there a desk agent was working there. and went out of there way to be helpful and friendly and she even remembered me during my third stay there. there was another desk agent who name escapes me who was friendly and kind enough to compliment my photography. I would Highly recommend this place if you are in Moncton

I was a long term resident at th hotel and I must say I enjoyed every minute of it or I would not have stayed there. The staffs went the extra mile just to make you feel extra special. Jackie at the evening buffet always made sure that I had a plate of food in my hand upon arrival. What I liked the most about this hotel is the staffs were friendly but knew how to respect your privacy. I understand nobody is perfect but after staying at that hotel for six months I have no choice but giving the staffs and it's management credit for running a good place to stay. Thanks guys.

Front Desk service was outstanding. They were our all-knowing Concierges for our 3-day business trip. Market was well-stocked, and Lobby was kept well temperature-controlled despite the roller-coaster weather we had. Great stay.
