Shower was quite dirty. Visible black sludge around the shampoo, conditioner, and soap along with around shower head, drain and tap. Other than the shower and tub, the room was very clean. Out of the three staff members I interacted with, only 1 showed good customer service skills. Pool was nice, hot tub was a bit gross.
