The hotel staff were friendly. The food in the restaurant was great. The rooms were well sized and comfortable. And there is even a complimentary shuttle to the airport. There were no issues whatsoever with a late check in (1:30 AM) and a late check out. Would definitely try to stay in this hotel again.

Nice hotel right downtown, easy walk to all the Bars and restaurants and the river. We had a room on the 4th floor, no view, but the room was large and clean, a great shower. Parking was extra, which put the final total up, I feel parking could be included. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel because it was the "convention" hotel. On check in, the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were directed to our room at about 3:30 with no problem. When we got to the room, it had been cleaned but everything was not in order. There were no facial tissues in the room and the coffee/tea service consisted of decaf products only. There were housekeeping staff in the hallway so they were asked to provide facial tissue and they did - having to make a run to a main supply area because there were none on the cart. They were also asked to provide regular coffee packets and they did that as well. Those assisting were quite polite but there was not even a simple "I'm sorry". There was no expression of surprise at the deficiencies. For dinner that evening we went to the dining area and asked to be seated. The woman who greeted us took us to the bar! We asked again to be seated in the dining area and that did happen. It seemed strange that we would not be seated initially in the dining area and there was no explanation as to why. The next morning we ate in the dining area. It was a buffet breakfast. Juice was sitting on a side table along with some takeout coffee cups. When we approached the juice and reached for a cup, we were stopped by a server who told us she would bring juice to our table and that those cups were for takeout coffee - not juice. There seemed to be just a bit of attitude there and we certainly felt clearly rebuked. After breakfast we had convention activities until mid afternoon. We returned to our room to find that it had not been refreshed (this was about 3:30) and there was no evidence of any staff in the hallways. We went to the desk, explained that we were going out for a walk and would like to have our room refreshed when we returned for a bit of rest before the evening activities. When we got back, about an hour later, the room still had not been refreshed. We went looking for staff to help and when she was found, we learned she had been told to not bother us since we were sleeping and to wait until we were up before making up the room!!! When we returned home there was a hotel request for us to fill out an evaluation, which we did. Very soon thereafter a staff member from the hotel called and wanted to discuss the concerns. After explaining the experience, the person calling provided information about how many rooms are in the hotel, how many rooms each "girl" is required to do each day and emphasized that "someone has to be last". I have no dispute with someone having to be last - pretty logical - but should that be 4:00 or 4:30 in the afternoon? I don't think so. Just my opinion but it seems staffing adjustments could be made to ensure staying guests are taken care of in a timely fashion.

Stayed here before and after our hunting trip on Salmon River. Arrived at 2am the first night. Night manager was less than welcoming and probably would do better in a different position. The lady at the front desk was very good, however, and her efforts to get the room "snafu" fixed were admirable.The consierre service the next day was top notch. The gentleman knows the area well and was very helpful in showing us around moncton and taking us to get a local treat of donairs and poutin. If you have time, go to Freddie's for donairs. Unbelievable. In spite of the nighy manager's attitude, the supporting cast redeemed the stay for us and should probably be in charge. The rooms were clean and spacious, especially nice after staying at a hunt camp for five days. Would recommend the Crowne to all travelers staying in Moncton.

This was our second time staying at the hotel and our great experience the first time brought us back. I have to say we had a couple of issues each time we stayed and yet staff was quick to solve the problems to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service. First off the food in the T-Bone restaurant is really great. Service is great as well and having a restaurant on site added to our pleasure at this place. We also ate at Eva's Tea House which is in the bottom level of the hotel. They offer inexpensive breakfast and lunch (bring cash - no cards accepted.) They also offer authentic Chinese cooking for lunch although we didn't get the opportunity to try it. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable with enough pillow. We had everything we needed including lots of towels. The room was quiet as well which is very important to us. WiFi worked great and is another absolute requirement for us. The pool and hot tub are also a highlight. The facilities are clean with lots of towels and a comfortable shower facility as well as lockers. Note to use a locker you need a loonie - but if you don't have one don't fret. There is ample place to put your bag in the pool or exercise area. I did laps in the pool and I found it super cool that in the evening they put in a rope to mark off the shallow end for the kids but in the morning the rope is removed to give longer length for the before work swimmers. My partner loved the hot tub and it wasn't too hot. He also enjoyed the sauna. We didn't try the gym but there was a good variety of equipment and it looked to be in good shape. Parking is off the street in a gated area so you car is secure and the downtown location means you are within walking distance of all amenities including the riverfront park. Also a side door from the parking area allows you to enter the hotel and quickly have access to an elevator to avoid carting your baggage very far. Our first visit was in the spring of 2016 and we were in a room where the heat was broken. Staff quickly moved us to a room where the heater worked. For this visit we had problems with the parking key card not coming back out of the machine and staff quickly replaced it with one that did work. My room key card didn't work and the night clerk fixed it for me right away. At check out I noticed both nights were charged as a different rate and after some discussion it was decided that we could have had a cheaper rate as my partner is a veteran. Staff quickly fixed the error and we saved a bit of money. Excellent customer service.

The hotel has recently undergone renovations. The floor I was on, had completed the renovation. The room was fresh, clean, and very pleasing with the choices for decorating. The bed was very comfortable and the number and style of pillows were perfect for a great night's sleep. Well done.

Very Disappointing experience staying in this hotel. Me and my boyfriend traveled to Moncton for celebrate the Patrick`s day,I am the front desk agent working in IHG hotel in nova scotia,so i booked the room in this hotel on that night,I thought it will be a great time,i called before i checked in,i was trying to tell them i want a king size bedroom,the boy put me on hold for long time then transfer me to reservation team,we were in rush drive to there so i thought i better just talk to them about the room type when i checked in. we arrived there at midnight,i am sure they still have king size bed room available because i checked online,based on my work experience,when we actually sold out,we will close the opera systems,so i am sure they still have the king size bedroom available,but the two female night auditors just keep telling me they are sold out,i thought at least i can get a standard room like two queen size bedroom,but they ended up give me a small,tiny,single queen bedroom.after all that,it almost 2AM,i requested the late check out at 1 pm,one of the night auditor told me they will charge about 15 dollars so i can stay until 3 pm,i told her i just need a 1pm check out,she said she cant give it to me ,i need call them at 7 am and talked to the manager about that,i found it was super funny and unbelievable,the reason why i need late check out because i want to sleep in,why would it bother if i can get up and make a phone call at 7am. I am also the front desk agent working for IHG hotel,i am 100% we can offer guest late check out without managers permission.Other than that,the floor we stay in ,its the only floor have no ice machine,thank you very much. Anyways,it was a unforgettable experience for us stay in a hotel like this.i read some reviews about this hotel before i write my own,i think i am not the only one feel disappointed about the customer service in this hotel,i think the customer service agent need some serious training about how to make the guest feel welcomed.

In Moncton for business and was booked at this hotel, I got the sense that most folks here were on business. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Had breakfast and was thrilled they had gluten free toast! Also ordered room service which was fast and delicious. Shuttle available for airport and anywhere you need to go in town. Highly recommend!

Made reservation ahead, but to get advertised price on website had to agree to prepayment with credit card even though we are IHG members. To check-in we had to pay a 150$ deposit to be refunded at Check-out, understandable I suppose. I think guests should be informed at time of making reservation that the location is under renovations, or at least at check-in, but nope, not informed either time. Renovations were on 7th and 8th floor. Guess where our room was, yes, the 6th floor, right under the construction! There were signs in our hallway saying it was a quiet zone until 10 am, yah, nope. When I complained of being woken at 7:25 am by construction noise, loud hammering, I was told by front desk that they were not supposed to and they had already been spoken to once. Ok, I get that. My next question was if there were any empty rooms on the lower floors vacant during our stay, why yes, there was, so why were we not informed of the renovations and offered a room on a lower floor away from the noise?? Well, after checking again, and staring at a computer screen, I was told,Mohawk no, they made a mistake and there were not any vacancy on the first two nights, hmmm. Having been in that city for appointments I needed plenty of rest in between, so I ordered room service a couple of times. Well my breakfast was ordered at 8 am and only delivered at 9:10 am after two more calls to restaurant looking for it as my first appointment that am was at 9:30. When it was delivered they apologized and said they forgot to make it and deliver it. So grabbed the toast and took off for appointment, only to find out later I was charged 36$ for it! Told at front desk they couldn't refund me for the meal, but they would refund me the 36$ parking fee, (12$/day), wow! I left my number for the manager to contact me, as I checked out over two hours earlier than planned due to noise on Thursday, as they were not in yet. Guess what, no phone call, so I called the head office a couple days later and spoke to a nice young man named Josh, who assured me it would be checked into and I would be called back, over a week later and still no call. So customer service definitely lacking! Won't be staying again.

Stayed here with friends and family for the night. It was a great spot, close to many places. Rooms were great, pool area was great. The staff love dogs and take care of them. Staff were friendly. Only complaint was our bathroom counter is too close to the toilet. Had to take the toilet paper roll off and sit it somewhere else as it was too close to grab it, no biggie though:)
