The only thing that was a challenge was that the restaurant was transitioning. But the staff made me a custom meal! It wasn’t cheap but it was thoughtful of them

I paid for a suite. Called the front desk on the day of arrival to confirm I was coming. When I arrived they put us in a regular room with one queen bed. We had three people! The room was unclean. They wouldn't refund my money or even discount my room.

The check in lady was great, but I couldn’t get anyone to fix the TVs after asking twice, the room I booked and paid for wasn’t available so they had to give me a downgraded room and it had garbage in it

Classic Airport hotel - descent for a few hours but a very tired hotel - poor facilities, restaurant 2 stars at best. Staff was quite friendly but hotel is in need of a renovation.

The hotel lobby is spacious with a Starbucks inside. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is a good price but is a bit farther away from restaurants and stores.

Don't even think about it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There are too many issues to even address in a short review. The biggest issue was that they wouldn't honor the price that was quoted on Hotels.com. They also accused me of checking out early even though I had the dates right on my confirmation. No coffee in the room,no housekeeping, empty soap dispenser, pool not open at the posted time, the Starbucks on the premises was out of everything, ice machine not working....I could go on.

The building is old and I’m sure at one time it was a gem. Location seems to be in a dying part of town as there are a few closed and vacant buildings near by. The rooms and bathrooms are of nice size and comfortable however but can stand some repairs as my sink had a VERY slow drain and at one time the ceiling had a leak. However the staff was knowledgeable and highly friendly. I was in need of a working coffee maker and housekeeping made sure to bring one right away. The staff was also accommodating allowing motorcyclist to park the bikes under the awning to protect from adverse weather. There is security on the property during the evening and overnight. Yes I would stay here again

Amazing Staff, But the Building Needs Attention!

Came into town for Summerfest and this was the only reasonably priced hotel left that accepted dogs. The hotel overall appeared to be well maintained, but I had some issues. The elevator had a strong urine odor and was visibly dirty, as was the hallway carpet. The air conditioning in my room sucked! It seemed to turn off intermittently and would only run on fan mode, which left the room feeling humid and uncomfortable. Sleeping was difficult because of how warm and sticky the air became overnight. The fitness facility was just okay. While I appreciated having access to it, there was a hole in the ceiling with water dripping and it didn’t feel safe. I just rushed my workout to get out. That said, the one thing that truly made a positive impression was the exceptional customer service. From check-in to the daily greetings from the front desk team, everyone was friendly, helpful, and incredibly welcoming to both me and my puppy. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out. While I was disappointed by the cleanliness and A/C issues, I would consider returning because of the staff. The service was top-notch, and with a few improvements, this hotel could be a great place to stay.
