Heated pool overlooking rolling hills. Napa inspiration with laid back cozy living surrounded in natural elements and stone walls boarding the property. Brand new movie room, sauna and gym which include a peloton. Bikes for use and multiple places to light a fire— both indoor and out. Swing in the hanging chairs or rock out front on llbean chairs watching nearby birds fly by that circle to normandy bird sanctuary. Optional for us to leave you with our three chickens (Snap Crackle and Pop) or we could have them hosted with their family/friends.
Three proper bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and two grand entertainment rooms and open kitchen. Sonos throughout. Brand new, first level ensuite with designer bathroom.
Primary suite also Moroccan hand tiled shower with views overlooking sweet Berry farm and the properties mature plantings. 11 acres, 4 being meticulously maintained the rest left overgrown and lush. Extreme privacy yet short 8 min drive to popular Newport restaurants and shops.
