The building is old and the minute you walk in you smell the mustiness. Our room was very small and tight but we had a great view of the water. We were also on the road side but being October we didn’t hear any road noise. Breakfast is typical but I watched one women get a banana a few times and all were bad. The no name yogurt had no flavor. They went cheap on breakfast. Suggest that they just don’t serve it. Location was good

Breakfast Poor. No Bread for Toast. No cream cheese or limited. No hot water for tea. No hot food. Ie. Oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage etc. coffee poor. For that price it should include a lot more than cont. breakfast. Room odd shape and small. No door/ divider into bedroom.

Beautiful property. Rooms had washer and dryer in the suites fridge dishwasher plates. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi outdoor Jacuzzi. Perfect continental breakfast daily included in the price. The staff was exceptional. Any issues or problems we had were addressed right away. Definitely will be staying here in the future. In walking distance to the cliff walk and Newport bus pick up and drop off near hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

First of all that had to be the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! Second the bathroom was off the charts. we did have a suite so the amenities made staying there very pleasant. The only complaint I do have is checking in was at three and we we got there a bit earlier. We were told the room was not ready and we would receive a call when it was. so we drove around for awhile and then went and got some supper waiting for the call we never received. It was probably around nine we headed back to the hotel and called. So basically we paid for four or five hours we didn't get to use.
