Tub dripped the whole time there, floor squeaked inside room and outside in the hall like it was going to come loose, refrigerator ran loud all night, a couple of stains on the rug, a strip in window (maybe to keep it locked) was sticking up maybe someone could get cut. Paint peeling at some areas around window like it might have leaked, Celing in bathroom cracked over bathtub.

The room was clean, basic. The problem we had in the room was the TV constantly pixelating and hard to watch and the phone did not work to call the front desk.The location was convenient to the mansions in Newport. Also a good location for breakfast and coffee.
