Absolutely magical girls getaway weekend in Newport at Beach Haven! There was plenty of space for each of us, and having a heated indoor pool in October was amazing! The team at Stay Newport were so communicative and kind throughout the experience and made all of us feel welcome and comfortable. We can’t wait to be back!

lovely weekend

We had a lovely weekend with friends and family. The house is spacious, full of light, and has views of the ocean. Lots of room to gather yet also room to have down time. Everyone enjoyed our stay, including swimming in the pool. Communication and check in were easy.

Great Bachelorette!

13 of us had an amazing time at this home for my bachelorette. The house was close to the water, and the neighborhood was quiet and tucked away. We were a 6 minute drive from Downtown Newport, and when it rained we could keep everyone comfortably in the home with gorgeous views! Upon our arrival we had issues with the key code as well as the AC, and the property managers were quick to fix both of the problems.

Amazing experience

From start to finish the rental was an amazing experience. Communication with the host was impeccable. The house itself was perfect for our needs. The indoor pool was an absolute hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed the indoor hot tub. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Location was perfect, literally steps from the beach. Already looking to rent it again for the holiday next year. Book it!

Cannot beat the views!

Beautiful house with excellent access to the beach. The views of the water are just amazing. The front courtyard area cannot be beat for morning coffee or late afternoon drinks. Could sit there everyday of my life. The grandkids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Such a unique property and the Cliff Walk is within easy walking distance. So is downtown Newport - about 2 miles - so it really can’t be beat. Walked to a great ice cream place around the corner and had a great breakfast one day just outside the driveway at Tickets. A great experience all around.

Spacious Getaway

Beachhaven was all we could have asked for. Open kitchen, dining and living room area met the needs of our large group. Location near the beach was the best-from morning til night! Bedrooms offered comfort and privacy for all. Outdoor games, beach towels and just about anything you could think of was provided!

Amazing Stay at Easton's Point!

A group of friends just stayed at this home for a late June weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday for my wife and it was an amazing experience. The home is beautiful and was an experience in and of itself. You also can't beat the views and proximity to the beach. Host was also great with communication and accommodating any needs. A five star experience!!!

Enjoyable (4-day) Stay

Nicole’s home provided us (6 adults and 3 very-young children) with a comfortable stay including a well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the ocean just a few years away.

Amazing all around

Rented during thanksgiving week, lovely property with room for all. We used the pool everyday with the kids (lots of room in the pool room with toys and floats). The access to the beach was awesome as were the sunsets every night. Amazing combo of a quiet ocean front street yet walkable to town. Play set in the back for the kids was another plus. If you happen to stay during Thanksgiving week the Thanksgiving Day Pie Run (sponsored by the YMCA) goes just past the back yard yet doesn’t affect access to the private drive (best of both worlds). We wish we could have stayed longer but alas had to return to reality. Great responsiveness from host as well.

Didn’t want to leave!

If you dream of waking up every morning to the sound of ocean waves, this is the place for you! Comfortable furnishings, fantastic amenities and ocean views to die for made this one of the most memorable trips our family has ever taken.

Wedding weekend

Despite the fact that the property is on "Purgatory" Rd, it felt like heaven to us!!! Our family gathered together, to celebrate the marriage of my youngest daughter. The nine bridesmaids had hair and make-up done here, and it was the perfect home for that. Each girl was amazed at the location/ set-up of this home. Perfect for several families to come together. Spacious home with an amazing view

Stayed here with a group of girls for a bachelorette weekend in Newport. The house really made our whole weekend! Perfect location, close to the cliff walk and in walking distance to some restaurants. 13 of us slept comfortably and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning with coffee watching and listening to the waves!

Amazing stay

The photos do not do this place justice. Everything was amazing, the pool & hot tub was wonderful. There was so much space for all of us to fit comfortably. The location is stunning with views of the water from almost every room. Close to downtown & other activities. Would 10/10 recommend & hoping to return again in the future! :)

Even better than anticipated!

We arrived to the sound of the waves on the beach and the smell of the hyacinths in the yard. This is a beautiful home, well situated and appointed for our family with four school-aged kids. The pool and hot tub were BIG hits, with plenty of pool toys to keep the kids entertained for hours and hours. Games and books for everyone made for a super fun vacation, and the coastal interior design made for a very relaxing stay. We brought kites and frisbees, and had the beach completely to ourselves during our entire time there in April. I highly recommend this property during the shoulder season, and can’t imagine how much more amazing it would be during summer. There are many nice beach chairs and towels at the property for use, firewood for the firepit, and a swing set in the back yard. Nicole was so nice, so helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had about the area. Heaps of gratitude to the Chang Family for renting out their wonderful beach home to us!
