Stay was enjoyable. Good place for the price. Family friendly.

There was mold in the shower so we did not take a shower,. The breakfast was less then expected but for the price it was ok, Bed was to soft and it was cold in the room even with turning the heat up full blast.

As my mother used to say to me: Take any port in a storm. There are few hotels in the area. When everything is booked you take what is left. The staff was friendly. The hotel has seen better days (years ago). To start off in all my years this was the first hotel I had stayed at that did not have comforters (bedspreads) on the beds. They had clean sheets and blankets , but the blankets were old. There were old broken tiles around the very worn bathtubs (although clean with new shower curtain). Bottom line: It was a place to sleep and clean up that was $40. cheaper than everything else that was booked around the area for 20 miles. And a five minute drive from LMU.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean enough but the sheets had holes in them. The beds were very old and way too soft and the worst part of it all is the air conditioner was about as loud as an airplane taking off.

This facility is on the low end of average. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The heating unit was very noisy. The chairs were comfortable and there was good water pressure and temperature. For the quality of accommodations, this was overpriced. Its true worth is about $45 per night, not $60.

Wonderful experience. Centrally located with several eating establishments within close range. Only downside - could not get wifi service.

Very old hotel that with a little loving touch could really be great especially since it's in a perfect location. Needs a staff that can clean.

Great for a stay for the night. It also offers pet stays too.

Could not log into strongest "DaysInn1" Wi-Fi router for room 109. It would not accept connections. Had to use weaker "DaysInnOffice" router, which became unavailable in the morning.

We spent much our time in Middlesboro out seeing the sights, and for the time we stayed in the room, it met our needs. The room was clean, the a/c worked well, mini fridge worked well, water was always hot. The wireless internet was shotty and the hookup in the room didn't work, but willing to over look it for the great price.
