The room was so filthy, wreaked of cigarette smoke, there were cigarette burns through the bedspread, graffiti markings on the desk. The bathroom was filthy. I was unable to stay at this property and checked out immediately.
Staff that checked me in was very helpful to me finding dinner options and directions to my next location.I will definitely stay here on my next out of state visit.
Dirty nasty just In unexceptable conditions…sink was scratched down to under the finish tv did not work…breakfast was literally a dirty waffle iron 2 cereals and some coffee and that area was dirty as well…a BIG 0 STARS…just don’t do it…Bad Choice..
Booked non-smoking room. Was put in a room that reeked of smoke. There were gnats in my room as well.
The room we booked was supposed to be a non-smoking room at a smoke free facility according to Orbitz. Confirmation was for smoking room. It stunk.
The room was not clean the tub had not been cleaned it looked like someone had dumped dirty water in it and didn’t rinse. Then I flush the toilet, go wash my hand and the tub is backed up with water. Very disappointed
Holes in the bed blanket, We were given a room with adjoining door and those guests were smoking and it the smell filled our room. A motorcycle with its loud motor ran for 45 min in parking lot at night. Room needed updates badly. Stayed during Coronavirus scare yet booked rooms right next to each other. Don’t know if they could have spread us apart farther especially if the rooms adjoin. It was convenient to I75.

Keys reset while we were away, desk is left unattended. Stains on comforter and shower curtain.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like it to have been. There was a couple hair strands on the shower wall, and the big mirror on the door was NOT clean. It'll show in the pictures. I generally take a can of lysol with me when I do a hotel stay wherever, because you never know, right? Well......yeah. Other than that....the room was fine. But the bathroom is a big part.
Lumpy mattress; "hot" (more like tepid) water spraying out of the sink; stuck in the bathroom due to faulty door knob; door to room didn't open easily; no one was around when the breakfast foods ran out.
I was tired and needed a place to stay. It served it's purpose for sleep. It looked run down. You can tell that not a lot of money is put back for upgrades or room repairs. Example, the desk I had in my must have had a broken leg. The fix was to screw in a bunch of screws that was visible from the outside to stabilize it.

My room 1/2 the utilities didn't work. The room was clean but the lamp by the window had lots of dust on it. Then the electricity didn't work on one side of the room. So my clock and two lights by the bed didn't work. Come in with lots of bags up the stairs to go to my room on the 2nd day and my key don't work. Called to front desk and tell them my key isnt working and botg nights is paid for and i have lots of bags can someone bring a key to me I'm infront of my room he said he was extremely busy i get to lobby and he's not busy at all. But you get what you pay for.
Even though it was quite close to the highway, it was very quiet at night. Bed was high quality.
