Yes the first night the heat wouldn't work til we cleaned it and then I was charged extra pet fees every night I was there, I was called and told that there was no company allowed to visit. It was overpriced and the rooms aren't up to date they look old.

I didn't even get to stay there at all I want to Boone trail and they said I had to have am ID and I expanded th hotels.com didn't tell me the and they would give me my money back witch was $183.63 witch sucks because I am homeless I barely eat because I'm always buy stuff for other people I am 19 and I'm trying my hardest I was getting a room because I needed a shower still ain't had one but it ok I'm just upset cuz it set me back alot
