We were there just for the night. There was no hot water in our room spoke with the front desk that night, and we were told there was nothing they could do until they could get someone in there to look at it. The restroom in the lobby was out of service was told the same thing

The lady that checked us in REFUSED to give me my room on the first floor even though im physically disabled. I had sceduled the room for over a week prior to us showing up.
