It sounded like the exit ramp was right in our room. I understand we were right next to the interstate but we have stayed at other hotels next to the interstate and they were not near as loud as this one

The staff was very helpful. We were close to a Cracker Barrel, which is convenient after a day in the car. The breakfast is okay…. It was a little crowded, but it was a holiday weekend.

Overall, a good place for us to stay at. It's next to the road, so inevitably, you'll have some noise. But a great facility overall. Breakfast times were very accommodating and the staff were very helpful.

The staff took a long time to check me in. I don't believe they understood their computer system. I had already pre-registered online and prepaid for my stay yet they asked for a credit card for incidentals. Then when I tried to buy soft drinks from the vending, they wanted me to pay cash and there again. That transaction took at least 15 minutes as we tried to decide whether to use my credit card on file or charge to the room. Or I finally decided I'll just pay cash. It was taking way too long. And finally the beds were terrible. They squeaked the mattress was bad. Are the box springs or both very uncomfortable for this guy who has some back issues as well? The sleep did not help me
