I liked the room size, we had a great garden view straight out to the ocean. There is no restaurant on site, they do partner with the Ritz Carlton next door, but they do not have room service. The pool area is much smaller than pictured. Direct access to the beach is a big plus and they have bicycle rentals which are free for the first 2hours.

I had a pleasant experience, but I did not like the halls were very dark and the room was not very clean and they don’t clean the rooms daily only every 5 days. Pool staff were amazing and professional.

I was charged for a King Suite but the hotel couldn't provide one. Their phones don't work and they kept saying their computers were down but promised a credit. No credit or consideration was given, the Sagamore charged my card for the premium room.

Pool bar tenders were great. Front desk never provided coffee, ice, bottled water or facial tissue. They said it would be right up. Would never stay there again. Disappointed!

Great hotel , excellent location near the beach. Friendly staff. It was missing in house restaurant or room service, but even with out that still excellent hotel.

Sagamore staff was very helpful, the facility was extremely clean and quiet. I will definitely be staying at the Sagamore again when I go back to Miami. I also love the text check ins.

The common areas were kept clean, pools was clean, service at the beach was appropiate, drinks and meals delivered to the beach so that you dont have to move if yu dont want to. Overall was a great experience, and I will certainly stay there again anytime

Great location! We happened to go right at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, so many things were shut down, I would like to come back when the property has everything running.

The location of the hotel was great but the room was very dirty, we had lights that didn’t work, broken closet door, clogged sink. I went to front desk and expressed my concerns to them and no one did anything.
