Was a great stay, balcony was great to have. Place is an older building (like most of south beach) but is well kept by the host. He communicated well and we had zero issues with our trip. Would stay here again.

Buggy over a Liquor Store
When we arrived there were strange men sitting on the stairs in front of the door at the front of the liquor store, once we walked in my girls noticed a large roach in the kitchen on the floor still moving, I looked around and found another large roach moving in the bedroom. We did not stay and I would not recommend this to anyone ever. We had a delayed flight the manager replied back promptly each time but did not offer to give us a refund, after a long day of travel this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. My family of all girls where extremely disgusted as was I by the large bugs so we left and had to get a hotel room.

Great last minute stay
The management is extremely professional. I he property clean and relaxing. Highly surprise when walking in the flat and seeing how much space was there. Would recommend
