Traveling as a 7 person family group, we stayed 3 nights in 2 two bedroom suites. The suites are well designed, clean and spacious. While not much to look at from the outside, this hotel is located in a leafy, residential neighborhood close to the city center. There are several good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. And we were able to walk to and from the magnificent National Museum of Anthropology in about 20 minutes. Suited us perfectly. Highly recommended.
I stayed 1 week. Cleaned every day, free breakfast, spacious rooms and bathrooms, tv,big kitchenette and living romm. food delivery,( from outside restaurants ) very nice staff. The only problem I had was with the heater ( very cold outside and cold inside) only 1 very small electric heater available in the closet. And 1 day the hot water stopped when I was taking a shower due to "some problem" with the water heater.
I have spent six weeks in this hotel in May, June, and early July 2016. Therefore, I can comfortably say that besides the fact that this hotel has a great location, it is clean and very functional, its major key asset remains its managers and staff. In fact, they proactively and nonetheless enthusiastically make feel welcomed at all times, they anticipate your needs and enquiries, and always have one or two solutions on offer... , and this is not for your first or second night in their hotel, it is for all the time and at all times of your stay there. Well done Daniel, Amerika, Lalo, and the rest of the team!
This hotel is not elegant at all, but is perfect for a family. Location can't be beaten, walking distance to Avenida Masaryk, Reforma and Chapultepec Park. very safe area. Rooms are spacious, have a kitchenette, and sofa bed in the living room area . Huge and very comfortable king size bed . Prices are moderate. Breakfast is ok
I stayed in this hotel over the New Year's Holiday for a week. We rented 5 rooms as we were a big group, 4 couples and a family of four (mine!). I was surprised to see how large the rooms were. They are all suites, with living room and kitchen, and mine actually had two very large rooms and two full baths which was very comfortable with the kids. There was plenty of closets to store everything you need. The kitchen included basic stuff should you want to prepare something to eat, and a full size fridge which was nice to keep drinks. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel which is open I believe 24 hours which was great as they had everything you might need. The hotel does not have a restaurant or room service, so this "OXXO" was a life saver. There is also a Happy Panda (chinese fast food restaurant) across the street. The hotel included a free breakfast which was pretty good, but it could get tiresome when you stay there for a week, as it never changed. You had basic breakfast stuff (bread, jelly, coffee, juice, yogurt, apples and bananas, a couple of cereal brands, scrambled eggs) and also some typical mexican food, including nachos and cheese tortillas, which was nice. The sit-down area is very limited, only a couple of tables but we never had a problem finding a chair. However, being a large group, it would have been nice to be able to sit together even for a day, but that was not possible. The breakfast room needs a little attention, as it is pretty much "serve yourself", there is no one around to pick up dirty dishes from the tables on a regular basis, only once in a while someone circulates and cleans up. The hotel also has a small business room with a couple computers should you need to print boarding passes or do some research. You also have free wifi all over the hotel which was very nice and worked really well, even to watch movies on your tablet or ipod. Both rooms had falt screen TVs, not too many channels though, and there is also one TV in the living room with a DVD player which we did not use... People were nice and we managed to get the service of a driver from the hotel who took us everywhere we needed over the entire week. I understand there is also a van that takes you for free anywhere if about 5 km close to the hotel, but we never used it as we were a big group and always had plans with a hired driver. The hotel is located in a very safe area and you have plenty of business around, and is on walking distance to the Palace of Chapultepec. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I go back to Mexico City.
I stayed there two days with my family in the end of my trip. It has very good and comfortable structure, nothing to complain about it. Good wi-fi and breakfast service, although the dining area could be bigger. We were in 5, so I slept in the sofa bed, which usually isn't comfortable, but this one was ok. Rooms are also big. The only problem is if you are planning in using public transportation late at night, but the hotel staff was really helpful, best staff I've ever met!!
The location is really good for either business or leisure. Staff is really kind and friendly, the only two negative aspects about this suites is the limited parking spaces and cleaning service not cleaning early and taking forever to clean the suite, literally hours, even though they are very nice.
Really nice staff. Really comfort room with a small kitchen. At conditioner good Internet good Close to good locations I would recommend your stay here if you don't care about the glamour. You can also pay for a week in a gym right in front of the hotel.
I wish I could write a more complete review about the hotel but I did not have a chance. They simply did not honor my reservation ( even with a reservation code) due to the silliest excuse I have ever heard: some data was incomplete and it was cancelled. As easy as that.... The Hotel staff was not supportive at all.
El hotel está en una zona privilegiada. Cerca de Polanco y Reforma. Las habitaciones con cocineta y sala comedor suficientemente amplias. El desayuno no está nada mal. Habitaciones funcionales y limpias
