Good upper end budget level motel
Cleanliness of the building staff was friendly the price was acceptable to.
Service was HORRIBLE!! Nobody was at the front desk for check in for over 30 min, then once we had to go to the bathroom at 232AM the toilet didnt work. We called front desk and was told they would get somebody up to fix it. Didnt get a call until 730AM to switch rooms. Then the keys for the new room didnt work. One of the workers was rude and very ignorant and refuse to give us her name. She called the police because we kept talking to her and questioning her about service. Very rude and ignorant!! Worse service ever!!
Let me first start off by saying the appearance of the hotel is nice and clean; however, it did go well starting at check in. I was told to sign paperwork and their computers were not working, so I was called about an hour later to come back down to sign. After arriving back at my room that night, the toilet would not flush. Called front desk and they informed me there was nothing they could do after hours. She asked me if i have a large bowl or cup that i could use to fill up the water tank of the toilet. No, I do not travel with large bowls or cups. So she asked us to use our trash can in the bathroom, fill it up in the bathtub, and fill the tank every time I needed to flush the toilet. Ridiculous! And the towels were so cheap and brittle that i was covered in lint after drying myself. Very disappointed!
The exterior is nice. However, the front desk staff is never at the front desk. The rooms are dirty and check the sheets..horrendous...blood stains. Last but not least...Whatever you do dont let them assign you to roon 215 its over the laundry room and the staff do laundry at night!!!

Good Afternoon, Let me start off by saying I am very sorry that your stay was not up to your standards. We pride ourselves on making sure that our guest have the most comfortable stay. I will address all issue an concerns that you experienced with my staff and your stay.
