It must be an older motel. Rooms are small, wear and tear starting to show. However, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

Good three star maybe a 3.8 out of 5 Good location for I-65 Travel. Safe area. Just another night and when you fall asleep...they all look the same.

I reserved a king but got 2 double beds instead. Was told because a group got booked after I reserved my room and i got down graded

Room was very clean and comfortable. Good bed! Helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel is right off I65 so expect constant freeway noise. I cut my trip short and returned home to get better sleep.

We paid for a handicap accessible room, which was not. There was one shower bar which was not reachable from outside the shower. There was no housekeeping or complimentary breakfast as included in the price of the room due to covid 19, but we were not informed. We were later told we should have been asked to sign a waiver but we were not so we were not made aware we could not use the pool, have clean towels, housekeeping or complimentary breakfast, all which were included in what we were charged. We got locked out of our room due to the mey not working and the staff was rude and acted as if we had done something wrong and did not believe us and instead let us in the room rather than fixing oir key.

Older hotel which is normally not a problem. I had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Our toilet was unsteady when you sat but was taken care of the next morning. Our cleaning lady replaced the coffee, towels, and took the garbage, but both rooms had not been vacuumed or the beds made!!! I will never stay there for that kind of money and the service received. The previous week, we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for the same amount of money and had a wonderful experience. This hotel should be rated a 2 star, not 3, and I was not the only customer complaining the same morning. Staff was great but that does not make up for the room experience.

The experience with this hotel was great! We arrived at about 11 PM. However we were greeted with a big smile and a bag of goodies. Check in was fast and simple. The room was super clean, beds comfortable. The hotel has fruit and coffee 24/7 it really helps if you are arriving late and too tired to order food. Breakfast was very good. Several choices of hot breakfast during the morning. Overall, a great refreshing stop on a family trip.

The only thing that I didn't like was it didn't have a hot tub just a pool but great place to stay

Easy to get to. Clean. The only issue I had was the front desk staff when we checked in verbally said where our room was and there were other guests standing in the lobby area. That was not comforting that everyone heard that.

though it was a short stay, the people there were amazing. So very polite and accommodating. I would definitely go again. The only "issue" was that Dominick was wearing his "Michigan" shirt, and ND, our team, was playing that night!!! **wink wink*** . Great please, great people - Thank you!

Easy in and out. Typical Hampton - except for the price.

We had a very pleasant stay and commend the staff for the friendliness and helpfulness...the morning breakfast and excellent and the person in charge couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful....great job
