Hotel seemed hopeful as you walk in. Lobby was nice. Our room was ehh. Lots of outlets missing covers, exposed wiring. Bathroom was "clean" but had a lot of brown/rusty caulk around the sink, counter, and bathtub. No extras were offered for the pull out bed, no pillows, no sheets so that was annoying. Refrigerator didn't get cold. Not enough towels and didn't see hotel staff at all in the morning to get extras off the cart. The pool was small, there is no hot tub even though the website said there was. Got breakfast was ok the 2st morning of our stay. Cereal, yogurts, bagels and muffins. Then they had oatmeal, make your own waffle and biscuits and gravy. The 2nd day they ran out of gravy and took at least 20 minutes for refill. The waffle batter ran out and took at least 15 minutes to refill. Was definitely a letdown. We all went to the tournament we were in town for hungry. If I was coming back to this town, I wouldn't stay here again.

My kids found dirty underwear in their pull out sofa. Filthy rooms, food on the floor when we came into the “clean” room. It had broken tiles, thin sheets that were threadbare. I think many fake reviews propped this hotel up onto 3-4 star status. It’s really a 1.5! Never ever go here!

The hotel is extremely short of help. In addition the bathtub is slippery and dangerous especially for elderly. The AC unit is noisy and the room has a stale stench.

I am not sure about other rooms at the property, but our room's floors were dirty, the sink wasn't draining properly and the the bathtub was unclean and slippery. For well above a hundred dollar a night, I would not be staying there again.

Let me first start by saying the staff was super nice and very attentive. The room was very outdated. The chair in the room needs to be thrown away because it is very filthy. The pillows on the couch was very nasty. I took the pillows downstairs and the gentleman washed them for me. The big cracks in the walls that had been puttied together looked very awful. The rooms need a complete makeover. I was going to switch to a new room, but that room was just as worse. Breakfast was pretty good and the pool served it’s purpose. Will I come back to this hotel? Probably not until they do a complete upgrade. Last thing the cigarette smell in the rooms and hallway is very strong. That truly needs to be handled.

It was quiet where we were. The rest was a disappointment. Cigarette ash on the floor. No blanket. The room was not cleaned in 4 days we were there tho we requested it. We had to go to the desk to get towels wash clothes etc.The temperature would not get warmer and it was chilly. Very disappointed. We always use Country Inn and Suites. This was worse one. Breakfast was crowded and skimpy and cheap.

My room was on the end of the property right next to the highway. The window was horrible, letting in a bad draft and all the road noise. Sounded like the window was wide open. Horrible night sleep. They need to fix the windows and dampen the sound.

I called ahead to confirm breakfast woukd be provided. It wasnt. I wouldnt have reserved room had i been told the truth. Room was dirty. Staff was not wearing mask when we checked in

Great location. Close to Highway I 65 and food establushments. Room was comfirtabke, spacious. Highway noise took some getting used to. Request a room on the side of hotel away from highway.

My family & I had a TERRIBLE STAY! No TV for my child to watch so we had sit all night starring at the walls! Contacted manager and he told me there was nothing he could do about it! I’ve NEVER experienced a stay like this before & I’ve stayed at many! I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this place!!! BE AWARE!!!!!

I love it here it feels like home away. I would continue to use this brand hotel whenever i travel

Good location. I don't why I was given a handicapped room even though I did not request it. The bathroom layout was not very appealing and there was only a hand shower which was not convenient to use. Also, there was no bath soap. Good breakfast however there was only cheap Styrofoam silverware.
