Old! And it shows. Stains on furniture. Rusty fixtures/lamps. Mattress so used we both rolled to the center. No toilet paper when we arrived. There was a towel folded on the tub that we thought was for a bath mat but when we unfolded towels on the shelf discovered one of those was the bath mat. We had an accessible room so there was a lot of space

The room was not cleaned. Only 1 bed was made. Bathroom was not cleaned and no towels. This was obviously not a room ready to be used. When I complained they stated they were overbooked and could not change the room. They stated that I should take my complaints up with Orbitz since I booked with them. Terrible place. Need to refund my money.

The room was extremely dingy and had an aroma that wasn’t exactly inviting. It wasn’t a mold smell or anything unsatisfactory but a smell that wasn’t inviting or necessarily pleasing. The phone would just give off a dial tone so we unplugged it. The remote for the TV didn’t work. The TV only got one channel that came in clear. The pool was dirty but usable. Our key card didn’t work to open the pool area, the lady working the desk had to let us in. There was almost nobody in the hotel and they stuck us up on the 2nd floor when she knew I had kids with me and we were spending the majority of our time in the pool (that’s more of a preference thing I guess). For the price, I guess I can’t expect much more than what we got.

The hotel needs some renewing. Hallway carpets are stained. Our room had nice clean and comfortable beds but the curtains had lots of noticeable dust from air conditioner and paint splashes. The bath had mold in ceiling and walls. There was no toilet paper holder bar and sink was cracked and no drain cover.

The first room I was given was a disaster. Lightbulbs missing in half of the fixtures, the dresser was taken apart and the light was missing the on off button. There was bleached carpeting up and down the hallways and the evening staff was extremely rude.

Property is in desperate need of cleaning and upgrades. The curtain had a huge hole in it, the floors weren't clean and carpeta has holes throughout. It worked for the night, if it was more than a late check in and early check out I would've jave stayed. No breakfast 😢 as advertised. I get Covid-19 issues but majority of others do a brown paper bag... not here

My family and I were passing through on our road trip, and I have to say this is hands down the WORST establishment I've ever been to, the front desk staff is beyond rude (not just to me, but the other guest coming in as well) and she's hardly ever at the desk. Regardless of the time you have to call a number, that's been written on a piece of paper attached to the window to get assistance. The hotel in itself was absolutely DISGUSTING. The cleaning staff clearly doesn't do their job, there was what looked like blood on the walls, dirty thong underwear in the drawer, broken lamps, broken door latches, plumbing issues, and dirty showers/"hot tubs," the remotes didn't work, the fridge needed to be defrosted, and they didn't have the complimentary breakfast as stated (which was a good thing, seeing how poor the hotel was kept) instead they had disgusting bedsheets spread across a group of chairs in the "dining area," and a table blocking the entryway. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years it had a thick brown film across the bottom, and should have been considered a biohazard wasteland. They claim to not have any other rooms available, and you have to pull teeth to get them to address your issues within your room. Upon checkout, the younger front desk associate refused to check us out stating "they don't check anyone out, until everyone in the entire hotel scheduled to leave that day, leaves the hotel" she refused to give us any receipt. The carpet in the hotel is bulking and nasty. This place and went down since our last visit and we will not return

Reservation was for two beds but lady gave us a king and said double not available. We called for late arrival and was rudely told if we didn’t get there by 11:00, the room would be given away! We got there at 10:55 PM. After my Son got mad, she “found” a room with two beds. Poor maintenance I’m sure not disinfected. Carpets in hall were filthy and stained. Curtain in room was shredded. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Mold in the refrigerator. Elevator was last inspected in June and made a lot of noise. No grab and go breakfast. Only coffee. Very disappointed. Will never go there again. Will probably never go to a Baymont.

We got in late, about 10 pm. Got into the room and pulled everything out out and when opening the mini fridge we found old pizza, weeks old, it was moldy. So we left our food out. Went to take a shower and the mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner were used and barely had enough for one wash and there was mold growing beside the shower and along the back of the toliet. We had breakfast in the morning (6:30 am) and the biscuits were hard and the gravy was very cold. I told the lady at the desk as we were checking out about the pizza being in the ridge and she said she would have a manger contact me, I didn't need all that, but was never contacted. I would never recommend someone staying here and we live in the area but where moving.

Our first room had no heat and the bathroom floor was flooded. Housekeeping didn't clean our room the first night and the next night they only emptied the garbage and made 1 bed. Our key didn't work after the second night so we had to go have it reprogrammed. The breakfast was horrible. Items were empty. Hashbrowns weren't cooked. Biscuits were hard. Waffle mix was watery and couldn't make in the waffle iron. I will never stay there again.
