Great place to stay

While we didn't get to enjoy the amenities due to the short length of our stay, the accommodations were excellent and worked perfect for us. The room was spacious and well appointed and even offered snacks and bottled water and coffee, a nice touch.

We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay! The staff was friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room exceeded every expectation. Very Pleasant Surprise!

We were just looking for a decent place to stay between Crater Lake NP and the Medford airport. When touring national parks, my standards have to be low or it can get very frustrating. Haha. But! This place was really nice, right on a beatufil golf course (note to self: play it next time), and the staff was amazing.

Our stay at The Chalets was great. The room was very clean and comfortable; Check in and out was easy; Parking was convenient; And the community was quiet. It was also one of very few hotel stays that I genuinely felt like my dogs were welcome. They left a doggie basket with treats, toys, potty bags, and a flashlight in the room. They also put dog bowls, towels, and a bed in the room. My dogs were also very comfortable which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

golf course setting was great However being awaken by the blower at 5:30 was not appreciated. The landscpaing crew began work at 5: 15 and was blowing until 6:30 right outside my room. I will need to provide others a google review as well
