Property was older but kept up decently. There was a creaking coming from the fridge cabinet and I had to get out of bed at 3am to turn on the air conditioner to get that noise to be drowned out. It was an intermittent noise, probably from the age of the fridge, and only happened every 7-10 seconds. Breakfast was okay, the potatoes were soggy and not tasty, but the egg and sausage was ok. Everything else there was just ok. The room was not bad, just dated, like the property. Had a decent nights sleep after a long day of traveling. Mo

Fitness center was usable. Pool and hot tub were good. Breakfast good. Room was clean. Mattresses seem new and very comfortable! HOWEVER, none of the channels worked in our room except for religious channels, news ( political), and sports! We couldn’t watch shows, movies, cartoons, etc. Same issue in fitness center. Multi million dollar company can’t get the satellite to work properly?? The lamp in our room was broken and didn’t stand straight. It fell and hit our son in the head. The water foundation in the fitness center stopped working. There were no towels and the sanitation wipes and hand sanitizer were both EMPTY! Our shower was decent, but again, the shampoo and conditioner wall mounts were empty. The electrical outlet between the beds didn’t work. Very disappointing

At 8:40 no hot food, all gone and there were 5 of us waiting. We told the lady that was supposed to be dealing with it and she just disappeared. At exactly 9:00 she miraculously appeared to clean up. The milk was gone Coffee was empty, muffins were stale.
