Only one washer/dryer in the whole hotel for the guests. We were there for a baseball tournament and needed to wash uniform daily. Floors in bathroom and hotel room not clean, carpet on hallways very stained. Ended up leaving after one night to go to a new hotel because the entire 2nd floor smelled like weed. The staff was very nice and as accommodating as they could be considering the situation.

It was a great location. The young men at the front desk were very nice. We liked the fact that even with the restrictions there was a nice breakfast. We just had to be served. The part we didn't like was the screen in the bedroom was so dirty it was hard to look thru. For what was supposed to be newly renovated the bathroom tile was all cracked and dirty. We were very disappointed in the room but not the service we received. for $250.00 you would expect a lot more.

My key card never worked. I had to wait until someone else opened the door to get in. The lady at the desk was super nice and said she would re-key it, but I stayed 2 nights and going to the office 2 times because your card system is messed up was very very inconvenient. I couldn’t even get back in to leave them their messed up cards. I better not be charged for them. The hotel it’s self was very decent but the key card system is very screwed up!

I liked the picture on the wall. And the beds were comfortable.

The people we’re very nice. However, the rooms were old. The fridge cabinet made a horrible loud noise every time you opened it. Bathroom was really dark. The overall hotel was okay. What was bad was the location. Did not feel safe going outside at night with my dog.

The breakfast is a joke. I understand covid has changed the way meals can be served but you could provide a bit more than packaged oatmeal and packaged muffins. On the other hand the coffee wasn’t bad. Just constantly empty.

The elevator and ice machine were broken. The hotel is next to a park where there were several homeless people were staying. The trash was overflowing.

It took them too long, about two hours to get us the roller bed. There were bedbugs.

The staff was very friendly. The only down side was the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for my daughter to sleep on.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. A good night's sleep!

Awesome, clean and friendly staffs. Good price and good breakfast. Will definitely go to holiday inn again.

My wife and I stayed here twice on a West Coast Road Trip. It is clean with a friendly staff. There is a very nice park and War Memorial adjacent to the hotel. Its easy off of Interstate 5.

Nothing exceptional, but nice, clean place to spend the night.

We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was fantastic, great choice of foods. The beds are excellent. Great location, we were only a couple of miles away from my cousin who was having the birthday party and it was even better that Harry and David was located behind the hotel so it was a short walk.

We have stayed here twice before on our way to Northern Oregon. It remains clean, comfortable and a welcome sight after a long drive.

This may have been the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in. We reserved two rooms; however, one of them smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking facility. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with a different room, which was fine. The pool was nice, and the staff kept the breakfast food coming in the morning.

Desk clerk went over and above her normal duties. She helped me to hook up to the internet with my new computer.

The hotel and staff were great, but I've come to expect that at Holiday Inn Express hotels. The breakfast was the only thing that could improve - more fruit, replenished more frequently, but otherwise it was exactly what we were looking for.
