Staff was rude and everything needs updated.
We booked this because it was the cheapest option in town. There was a reason for that! It is very old, we were surprised to find that they still used physical keys instead of key cards, and the overall condition of the hotel was very poor. The staff were not very good. When I went to check out, and asked for a receipt, the desk clerk said I don't think I can do it. She finally got one printed, but I was not particularly pleased with the interaction.
Not much worked here but the a/c and location. Had to get help to make the TV work. Coffee maker made coffee that looked like tea. Water pressure in shower??? What pressure took me 15 min to get shampoo out of my hair. Only chair was a desk chair. The only ice machine that worked was in restaurant. Lounge was closed and wow did I need a drink!
First, I was charged 349.00 for a cancelled booking that I had to change for 0$ fees. Then, on the new booking I was supposed to be charged upon check in and i put special instructions to pay by cash but I was charged the day before check in for 349.00 on my card. Then when I got there they told me they would give me a refund and it took almost a week to get it back on my card. Then when i checked out the desk clerk was rude and very hateful.
I visited your hotel because I was visiting my son nearby. I also entered the Uglades restraunt within the lobby. The food was terrific and portion size was great for the price.
Hotel was good for a cheap stay. No kind of breakfast at all.
Would stay here again. Room was clean, had fridg and microwave. Front desk was very friendly and helpful
It was OK not great, the bed was comfortable could of used more pillows, the room was clean as can be expected and had easy access the outside needed that special something - but the pool looked nice, the Restaurant was lack luster and the food was ok but was over priced.
Stayed one night attending a local wedding. Price was right; beds were very comfortable, clean rooms and grounds. Our room had little refrig and microwave and coffemaker was nice. Somewhat dated rooms but entirely fine for our needs. Had nice restaurant at motel, the location is a bit out the edge of town so necessitates driving if want choice.

The hotel was nice, however the beds and the pillows where very hard, made for a long tiring night. There were three of us, but only two very small towels, we had to go get more towels.
