The hotel is a no-frills facility, with no desk in a relatively small room. However there are upsides, with strong wifi, decent breakfast, nearby dinning options, swimming pool, and the view of Pikes Peak right from the courtyard. I will stay again.
On site laundry is very helpful. It is within walking distance for the free shuttle stop in Memorial Park.

The office guy accused me of smoking weed in the room, called in the middle of the night to remind me of the no smoking policy. The whole town smells like weed, go figure.
Booked a king bed but we were old that area was closed and no continental breakfast provided or coffee as was advertised
IT WAS CLOSE TO THE SIGHTS WE WANTED TO SEE AND EASY TO ACCESS.
Seriously the BEST place!!!! The room was very nice and very clean! They even have nicer toilet paper than I do. Haha. I definitely recommend this place!
Pool had no water. Rooms were old and in need of renovation. Breakfast didn't start until 7:00 AM.
Analog tv. Toilet fan on and off, called to fix , came in and fiddled with it, not fixed. Looks like from 80s and never updated.
