The owner didn't contact me until the last minute. The owner didn't provide details such as Mint Residens' address or reception phone number. The owner didn't answer the phone. The owner changed my reservation from Jazz Residens to Mint Residens without my permission. The owner showed me to Mint Residences which is under construction and unavailable for accommodation. If The owner can't provide proper service, The owner shouldn't be listed on Expedia. This owner are the worst. The owner must process a refund immediately! The owner should also pay for the extra taxi fare and alternative hotel costs!
