The food was not fresh where was it’s coming from and staff running scared?? unfortunately you act like we were lunatics or diseased as you ran away and wouldn’t let us out of the room. Such foolish behavior on your part it’s embarrassing and shameful. The Philippines are being shamed what’s happening right now and how you’re treating people. The whole thing is a money grab.

My room did not I have hot water during my entire five day stay. I reported it to the front desk upon check in and they immediately sent up maintenance who "fixed" the problem which consisted of about 30 seconds of hot water. I reported the problem each of the next four days and was told they would send maintenance. I explained each time that maintenance had been up each of the last, progressively more, days. Each time it was as if the front desk was hearing my problem for the first time. Each time the said if maintenance couldn't fix it I would be given a different room. Frustrating to say the least, although everyone was exceeding friendly and polite, just unsuccessful at fixing the problem.
