Loved the modern space and the amazing windows overlooking the lake! Loved the location also, so close to the lovely capital area of Madison, a short walk to the farmers market on Saturday! Perfect for game day weekend or visit to campus.

Great location and a very nice unit. Needed more furniture. For a place that sleeps 4 there was on couch, 2 stools, and a footrest. Would be nice to have another small sofa or kitchen table so we could cool and eat there. Staff was very helpful and we did enjoy it. Price was fair too. Thanka

Very nice apartment in a great location with wonderful views. The walls are very thin. You could hear the zippers of the luggage in the room next door. We were pretty loud one night and got in well-deserved trouble. I wouldn't want to stay here next to a baby, or revelers, but it was very nice and well worth the price for four travelers.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing, we walked to bars and restaurants in Madison. We did get to meet Sam, enjoyed chatting with him. We would stay here again when visiting Madison.

I loved this property! It was modern and very clean. Had all the amenities you would need. There was great communication with the property manager. You absolutely cannot beat the location. It also had a wonderful rooftop patio that you can relax and enjoy the view of the lake. My only complaint would be that you did not have a great view from the room because of the high windows. Overall I would defintely stay here again!

Very disappointed we didn’t know about the parking situation when we booked. I understand it now, but caused a lot of confusion and uncertainty when traveling with a baby and baby supplies. Additionally, room wasn’t ready until after 4:30, but the “system” had no problem locking us out promptly at 11am while we were hauling our stuff to the cars—that we had to go retrieve down the street! There could be better seating in the living room/kitchen area. A small table and chairs would be nice. As it was we had people sitting on the floor and eating on the small coffee table. There is one couch, two ottoman's and two stools for seating. Those things aside, the stay was nice enough, convenient location, nice view of the lake. Kitchen nicely equipped for cooking.

Well maintained property in the heart of the isthmus. The location was fantastic for leaving the auto parked and walking everywhere. The beds were comfy and the den/bedroom was great for our party of 4. Access to the supply closet ensured there was coffee in the morning. The views are fantastic too.

Super awesome stay! Adorable spot. Great location. The Saturday farmers market was an huge pleasant surprise! Only complaint was the rooftop deck was very spidery! Lots of webs and spiders on the furniture. A quick clean with a leaf blower would make a huge difference!

Madison loft

Good location: easy walk to restaurants and downtown. Good communication. Loft apartment. Bedrooms are dark with no windows. Living room has only one couch to sit on. No dining table and chairs. Could sleep 6 but no areas for group to sit and relax together. Windows give good view of lake. Would not rent it again
