A decent hotel. Exterior looks little old, but interior part is OK. It has a nice garden outside of dining hall, so you can take a walk there. It is a bit hard and time-consuming to get to the new building from the old one. It needs to improve breakfast.
The location is accessible by bus and has great view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Staff is very helpful and they make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
We stayed here for 4 days. The beds are the worst beds I've ever slept on! Hard as a rock and the pillows are feather so they are very flat. We woke up every morning with sore backs and shoulders. The rooms are also very noisey. You can hear everything other people are doing, especially early in the morning. There is no air conditioning, and when we asked the staff to turn the heat down they wouldn't because "other guests haven't complained". We were sweating at night and had to sleep with the doors open but people were smoking and the restraunt is outside and very noisey. The balcony had a nice view of the lake and the hotel room was ok, but not what I paid for. The room I requested was different than the one they gave us. Overall, don't waste your money. Would not stay here again
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in overall. Fantastic location with view of lake and mountains. Nice restaurant. They not only provided a crib but also baby towels as well. Room was very spacious, clean, and well laid out. Staff was great. Only negative was the room service selection was a little lacking, but the downstairs restaurant is pretty good.
