Great location and walkable to everything. Rooms are super cute! The architect in each common room on each floor is unique. They have a great place with a couple small tables for playing cards! We loved having a place to just play cards with family and not having to sit in our room after a busy day! The staff is super helpful for anything you need. Coffee is available 24/7 and breakfast is an up charge. They helped arrange a driver for us to the airport. We’d recommend and also stay here in the future if we return.

It is a great stay for my family. We really enjoyed the classic feeling of the hotel, however, there are certain areas that need a bit more attention. The pillow is too low and too soft. The condition of the beds need improvement.

Friendly and professional staff, great location near the Jesuit Church and just a short walk to the train station. Room very nice though the bed was a bit too firm and pillows too soft. Bathroom clean and modern. Air conditioning unusual but it kept the room cool during the recent heatwave.

Excellent choice for Lucerne. It was right in the old part of town in a beautiful spot. Around the corner were excellent restaurants with waterside seating. We were able to sit without a reservation but made a reservation for the following night at another spot no problem. Excellent service and a very spacious room. Highly recommend.

Wonderful 500 year old hotel with a great location and beautiful furnishings and public rooms. Buffet breakfast included. Summer is coming and this hotel has NO air conditioning and we had a problem with the shower changing temps as you shower.

The check in was friendly and overall stay here is good for convenience. However, for staying only one night - housekeeping checked on me once at 5pm the day i checked in when I was already resting and then x2 at around 8am and then again around 1030am today?? I couldnt also use the voucher to the restaurant as it is closed on Sunday - so would be unable to say how the food is. As I was only staying a night and had stayed at Hotel Schlussel before I thought id be getting an upgrade but - and Wildemanns standard room is way smaller and the beds are too soft and not comfortable. Stay for the convenience and charm - not the comfort.
