We had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly, specially Rezac who went above and beyond in providing advice and tips to see and experience the city duribg our visit.
The staff was warm and welcoming, very friendly, and did not make us feel uncomfortable about having our 4 young children with us. Our rooms were very clean and there is a metro station close to the hotel.
Perfect neighborhood, staff very friendly and helpful. A nice distance, away from all of the hustle and bustle, but close to metro and busses.
The front desk staff were always most welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I was assigned a corner room with not one but two French-style windows that afforded me a great view of my part of the city. The room was smallish, however, I was traveling alone, and did not mind, as the French windows and views more that made up for the room size. The hotel was near metro and RER (airport) trains. Also nearby were great places to eat. I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Paris.
Great hotel ,close to metra , very friendly and helpful staff. We had great time . Would highly recommend it,
The hotel was ok. The first thing I noticed was the cracking on the room walls, both in the room with the bed, along with the bathroom. Not appealing to the eyes at all. The heat was ok as well, but controlled by the hotel, so pajamas were a must. It got quite cold at night. I kept getting calls from the hotel about my neighbor complaint I was being to loud, st times like 8:30 pm and 10:00 pm, and keep in mind that I was the only person in my room, and was just watching tv. People banging on the walls. The hotel asked me if I could be quieter, and o told them if they wanted I could leave so the other customer could have the peace they wanted. The calls stopped after that, but the other guest was a hassle. Who goes to a hotel expecting to be able to hear a pin drop. The continental breakfast was 10 euros, and he quarters were actually very small. Next time, I'll stick with the Hyatt.
My first time in Paris -the hotel staff was amazing friendly and very helpful-I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Good value for Paris! Although a little removed from the main sites, everything is easily accessible from the nearby metro. Neighborhood is safe, even at night. Hotel is a little dated but very clean and well maintained, and the staff is excellent. My only complaint was that the bed was very firm. Would definitely stay again.
