My wife and I stayed here 11 nights in late June, 2026. We've stayed in dozens of apartment shares and this was in the upper 10%, easy. This is a separate building behind the original house in a lovely neighborhood. Although it is a block from Interstate 10 and a block from Western Avenue it is very, very quiet (suprise!!). Note the alternate side parking for street cleaning! Palm trees about 60 feet tall line this street with beautiful houses set back from the sidewalks.With a car, the location is really central! The rooms are quite large, very well lit, plenty of electric outlets, closets with hangers, dressers, small tables with lamps each side of the main beds and good air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room. the smaller main bedroom has a good queen memory foam bed and the larger bedroom has a full-sized California King memory foam--both are very comfortable. The smaller main bedroom shares a "jack and jill" bathroom with the third bedroom, which has bunk beds. Good wifi with router in the unit.It has two BIG bathrooms with BIG showers! There are double sinks with lots of counter space, electric plugs and extra lighting over the sinks. The towels are large and fluffy and there is extra linen in one of the closets. The toilet tissue is soft, quality double ply (sorry--but single ply tissue is an indication of a cheap operation).Large, well-equipped kitchen for 4 people--ask for more if you need it--the host, David, is very responsive.
