Hollywood Celebrity Hotel

Hotel is very close to walk of fame and city center..

Located in Hollywood, the Celebrity is directly behind the Loews hotel, and within short walking distance of the Walk of Stars and Chinese Theater. Interior is clean white with a '30s - 60s' movie theme throughout. Parking is available for a very reasonable cost, but you'll be squeezed into a tiny lot, and might be double-parked. Complementary breakfast is provided (waffles, toast, croissants, fruit, oatmeal, juice, boiled eggs and very bad coffee). It's a cute place. The staff is very friendly and helpful - ready to go above and beyond.

After checking in, I could do sightseeing around downtown Hollywood soon.

Nice place. Finding parking is a lititle hinky until you go in and ask.

Clean, quiet and close to Universal Studios! Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd.

The architecture and decor of the hotel is fantastic! Just like stepping into old Hollywood. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with make your own waffles, cereal and breads. The parking was tight but understandable for the area and the staff was very kind to let me keep my car in the parking lot while my kids and I explored Hollywood Blvd. The room was very clean but my biggest complaint is that the mattresses were AWFUL. For that reason alone we were happy to only be staying one night.

I just stayed for one night (business) and would say this place is perfect for tourists. You can't match the location unless you spend double or more on one of the nicer hotels in the area. Although a bit dated inside, I can totally see that as being part of the charm of this place- it's very old school Hollywood. Despite this, it's clear that they go out of their way to keep the place clean. And they do cater to tourists with lots of information.

The parking was pretty awful. I paid to park in their lot, which was really tiny and difficult to enter. There were not enough spaces, and overflow parking was also insufficient and required a walk over to a nearby shopping center's large, underground lot, payment (again) there, but they did reimburse me. The staff were all very nice, but no one ever offered to help me with a suitcase or anything else. The room was comfortable, but there was insufficient lighting for even reading in bed. The breakfast was mediocre, and the only coffee cups were made of styrofoam which made the coffee tast awful. There were a few bananas, but otherwise no fresh fruit to be found; only canned, mushy fruit in large containers that look very unappealing. The only protein was hard boiled eggs that my son said tasted rubbery. There were, however, decent bagels.

Very clean, nice stuff, close to main attractions, has parking, very good breakfast, Belgium waffles were to 'die for'

The hotel was located close to the Magic Castle and Hollwood Blvd. The staff was super friendly and informative. The rooms were huge, clean and fun to gather people in. If you wanted to you could cook as the kitchen had a stove and a microwave.

We were looking for a convenient location to visit Hollywood BLVD stars walk of fame. The Hollywood Celebrity Hotel was perfectly situated for this and once we parked at the hotel we could walk everywhere we wanted to see. The hotel was clean and quaint, staff friendly and accommodating. Overall good value and perfect for what we were looking for.

Great experience period. Super close to everything. Would stay here again!

First, I would like to say that the front desk personnel Alben and Syed were great! They treated us like royalty and went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The queen suite was very nice. The location was greater than I expected; less than a 3 minute walk from HOLLYWOOD STREET (Chinese Theater, walk of fame, etc.)! They also had the lowest daily parking fee of $10 than all the other surrounding hotels. I have already told my friends and family to stay at this hotel if they visit LA. Only downfall is that there are no stairs, but they only have 2 floors. We had to pull our luggage up one flight of stairs, which was ok with us. The continental breakfast was fine also.

once again my stay was great, friendly helpful staff to help with anything you need, the most wonderfully comfortable beds after a days outing, lovely breakfast and dining area and close to all the things you want, shopping, dining ,tours and coffee. its always a pleasure to stay in this hotel and have recomended it to many friends traveling to LA.

The hotel is average, parking was a challenge but great walking distance from Hollywood blvd. No regrets, would stay there again.

We stayed one night at this hotel. There were four of us...two adults and two young teens. The room was spacious with a separate eating space and refrigerator. There is no elevator but there is only two floors. Despite having several bags it really wasn't that bad for the four of us to carry up stuff. The parking was 10 dollars. We saw conflicting information on this from various websites on whether it was free or not. Still cheap by LA standards! It was in a convenient lot. We had no problems parking there although while in the city I am sure no car is safe all of the time. The breakfast was fine. Bagels, cereal and toast and some fruit. It worked and saved us that expense. The location is fabulous! Literally right around the block from the Chinese and Dolby Theaters and the Walk of Fame. Not far from the metro to take you downtown. The reason for the four star rating is the lack of upkeep. Our sheers on the windows had large tears in several places. You wonder when you see things like that what else is going on? Our iron didn't work either. We didn't see anything else to warrant anything negative, but those are obvious things that should be addressed

Was right around the corner from walk of fame. Busvroutes near by to go into Beverley hills etc. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel reception was airy and modern. The staff were great, really helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

The room was extraordinary. More like a single apartment with kitchenette than a hotel room. The downside though is that the Parking Lot cannot handle the number of guests by a long shot, so that can become a hassle very quickly.

I really enjoyed my stay and would return in the future. If you want to see the Hollywood sites, this is an ideal location. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, and the decor was very well thought out. The only slight criticism I have is that the continental breakfast was a little bit lacking.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is in a great location.
