Unique bohemian hotel in a great location with easy access to concert venues and shopping

I love this hotel, it is my favorite place to stay while in LA.

Great hidden gem of a hotel. Quiet, hidden, eclectic bohemian place. Excellent rooftop pool and restaurant with exceptional curated music. Very private, friendly and relaxing. Love this place and will definitely be back!!

Loved staying here and would love to go back. Food and drinks are great. Rooftop is beautiful and was a great spot to relax.

If you want a boho feel and West Hollywood perfection this is your spot! I had a small mommie vaca and they spoiled me and made me feel like a member of the club! Make sure to be at the butterfly bar at sunrise!!! It's amazing!

Incredibly nice staff, beautiful and unique facilty. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. It is perfectly clean, and the rooms are decent. My disappointment lies with the views. My boyfriend and I booked an Executive Suite for quite a lot of money and chose this room over one of the lesser rooms because of its "unparalleled views of Hollywood" that were advertised on the hotel's website. When we got to our room on the second floor and looked out each of the two windows, however, all we could see was the back of (quite an ugly) apartment building. We tried to call downstairs to confirm that we were in the right room, but the phone was completely broken. When we did stop by the front desk on our way out to dinner, we were told that the hotel was completely sold out and that this was the highest room available. We were offered a $10 bottle of wine for our troubles. When we checked out the next day, I informed the manager of our disappointment with the hotel, to which she told us that the hotel does not actually offer any views, apart from that of the rooftop pool, despite what its website claimed. We explained that we refused the wine the evening before and asked that she not charge us the exorbitant $39 overnight parking fee, which she indeed dropped. Definitely would not stay here again and deplore the false advertising of the website.

Enjoyed our stay in West Hollywood. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to the strip...

I've stayed here twice in recent months. I chose it at first because it was close to my son's job, and very close to where my nephew's band played a few gigs. I was able to walk to Sunset, which at rush hour is desirable! The hotel itself is in a quiet spot. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is in a garden setting, and the food was delicious!

great location, and hotel has its own special taste rather than other normal ones, so it's worth staying a couple of nights. However, it's kinda difficult for drivers to find the main entrance, and staff is a little bit cool from my point of view.

Drove to LA from Vegas for a meeting. Petit Ermitage was close and off the beaten path. The hotel is unobtrusive and snuggled in on a side street on a closer look the alligators and stained glass separate it from the other buildings. Staff was kind and welcoming and check in was a breeze. Great vibe in the hotel art on the walls and the slightly bohemian feel of the place. Room was lovely.. the bed was a cloud. No view but it didn't matter. I didn't have time to do the rooftop thing... next time! My only negative comment: parking was $38/day. Steep!!! (especially coming from Vegas where it is FREE at any hotel!)

We'd prefer to keep this little gem our secret! Always colorful and excellent.

I would recommend it to anyone great location and good value

I truly enjoyed my stay at this lovely boutique hotel. I felt like a super glamorous celeb when I got there. The staff was really friendly and helpful and added to my enjoyment. I choose Petit Ermitage because it was in a college friend's neighborhood and it was nice to catch up. There was a lot for he and I to do around my hotel. There was a lot of shopping to do when I was by myself. This was a great hotel.

Really nice hotel, small and quaint. Fantastic location. The valet parking was a bit steep at $36 but otherwise it was a great value, everything is so close by.

Overall we liked it, it's in a good location, the room is nice looking, comfortable. Very comfortable bed. You're right by Sunset and close to everything you might choose to do in W. Hollywood. Only a few issues. One was that the pool was closed while we were there and this was not told to us in advance. We were able to walk over to the London, a block or so away, and use their rooftop pool, which was nice. But nothing beats a pool on your own rooftop, and I think we should have been notified at time of booking, or been given a chance afterward to cancel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, no complaints there. Got good service at the rooftop patio restaurant. Food and drinks there are not cheap (the cocktails were $14) but I guess that was expected. The balcony was not ideal, very small, no place to sit, so the idea that it was a balcony suite was a tiny bit misleading. But now I'm just nitpicking.

The hotel has large rooms and a unique boutique design. The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are a bit small. The location is great for the west hollywood area.

The staff is awesome, very professional but friendly. The rooms are bigger than the average. The location is great for west hollywood The rooftop is unbelievable: beautiful view, great pool, excellent set up, very relaxing.

Wonderful staff, great experience. Beds are a bit hard but would go back
