The highlight for me was the exceptional service provided by Yasmin. On more than one occasion Yasmin was a great help. A "life-saver" on one occasion after we checked out and I left our passports and cash in the safe. Yasmin retrieved them for us and kept them safe until we could return. Generally, all the staff were helpful with things like giving directions around the area or getting items for the room. The location was great and the area immediately around the hotel was quite tranquil. On the negative, it seemed like the walls/ceilings were very thin and you could hear the other guests moving around/talking in adjacent rooms or rooms above. Not great when the people above your are stomping around at 3am.

The hotel was very nice. The room size was very large. Only regret was that the rooftop pool was closed and we were not informed when we booked nor when we checked in it was only once we put our suits on and went to the rooftop to find the gate was locked Down at the front desk when we went down to tell them there was no apologies and that was very upsetting and disappointing

This hotel was very pretty great location, but I was very upset to find out that the rooftop pool was closed. I did not know that when I booked this hotel was very disappointed for me and my family as we booked two rooms and did not anticipate not enjoying the rooftop pool, we were not told at check-in either was up to the pool to find out. It was locked. Went down to the lobby to speak to a gentleman and he didn’t seem to care very much.

This is the perfect spot for a fun weekend in LA. It is located near Sunset Blvd where there is lots to do but still in a great area and away from traffic. I cant wait to stay here again!

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Almost all the staff were super-friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and in good condition, but compared to the room size the bathrooms were small, nothing other than basic amenities and nowhere to put your toiletries. The restaurant had a limited menu.

Loved this hotel. Best relaxing vibe!
Everything was great but I was disappointed to find that the pool was out of service. Empty. I love the location on a small street in a cute neighborhood and the hotel was so quiet and peaceful. I never experienced a more comfortable bed and good night’s sleep at any other hotel. Tara at The Fitting Room restaurant was exceptionally sweet, helpful, kind, personable and down to earth!
