Great location

It was great

This property is in a great location right between Sunset & Santa Monica Blvd. short walk to either. The staff were excellent professional and friendly. In a residential area so it’s a little quieter than being right on the main streets. Awesome low-key pool on the roof and tennis options, will definitely be staying there again!

I loved the decor in the rooms. Felt updated and trendy. Our room had a fireplace (unfortunately we couldn’t get it to turn on and when we called the front desk they said that the only person who could fix it was gone for the day so we didn’t get to enjoy it) and a small balcony. The bathroom had nice shower gels and soap. The rooftop pool has lovely views of the city and mountains. The pool itself had caution tape around one of the ladders to enter and exit the pool. There were nice loungers and umbrellas surrounding it. When I got to the roof, there were only two other people by the pool so that was nice. The bartender greeted me with a “hello” and when I asked if they had towels, he said “yes” and just starred at me. Yes, all I had to do was look around and I’d eventually see they were right behind me, but I felt that was kind of rude instead of, “yes, they are right behind you.” Seems like that would have been simple and helpful and would not make someone feel like an idiot. Otherwise, lovely front desk staff and overall great stay!

It's just Beverly Hills and WeHo area. Surcharges and parking fees are crazy. Amenities fees yet there are hardly amenities due to covid. Pool, gym and tennis court just reopened, I believe, so that helps Victor was amazing and went above and beyond! Ben was extremely nice. . Decor is so cool. Took many photos (that's how cool it was). Could hear the humans above me walking around and even bits of their conversation standing inside the bathroom.

The staff was helpful and the suite was very nice.

I LIKED THE BOUTIQUE HOTEL FEEL. I DISLIKE THAT I HAD TO CHNGE ROOMS 2 TIMES. 1ST ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE AND THE 2ND ROOM HAD A LOUD BUZZ IN THE WALL.

Anticipate long wait during breakfast. Short on staff and slow service. Complementary coffee is cold.

The hotel location is great, need some more maintenance. Extra charges not mentioned in Expedia. Not so clean

I really liked the location and the room and the facilities. We would have preferred continental breakfast and free parking.

Terrible sofa bed. Not enough Amenities. Was happy to switch my hotel to Leow's Hotel in Hollywood

Everything was just excellent! Thanks to the staff at the grom by desk

Staff was cheerful and attentive. Decor very hip. Not all lighting worked.

Everything was great! The only thing that would have improved the experience was a hot tub as we couldn’t use the pool in January weather.
