I have been here a few times. The rooms that face sunset blvd are a bit noisy due to traffic and bright from the billboards. It would be great if the hotel installed black out/ noise reducing blinds…yes, they do have them available. The water dispenser on the 5th floor is broken and their were dirty dishes still in that area for the entire time I stayed there, so I question the thoroughness of the cleaning and attention to details with the management. The staff overall is pleasant, but the pool bar staff can be a bit rude and unfriendly at times. I would like there to be more transparency with the check in process…particularly instructions for WiFi, the amenities at the hotel and typical times of house cleaning service. I also would like to see Live DJ music at the pool in the evenings. Overall…I really do love this hotel and with some attention to detail and hospitality training exceptional is within reach.

Everything was very clean and chic. Nice, albeit small, pool area. Housekeeping went above and beyond, folded my daughter's sweaters and blankets! Nice area --- highly suggest walking a few steps down to the Saddle Ranch Chop House; we loved it there.
