Did a girls trip here and from the time we walked in the staff was so welcoming. They greeted us with a glass of wine, and even better they have a happy hour. Free coffee, water, juice and snacks too. Our room was nice and cozy. And it was in the perfect location. Convenient and walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very professional and curteous. The rooftop pool overlooks the city. We were pleasently surprised by the daily snack station in the lobby. Enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely visit again.

Love everything about this hotel! Location - Staff - Food - Decor - Gym Amenities - Cocktails

This hotel is fabulous. The view from our room was gorgeous. Great staff, they offer free, water, beverages and snacks in the room and lobby. Pool view and in general is all amazing. Great place on Sunset with excellent restaurants and Starbucks writhing walking distance. This hotel is also pet friendly.

All would be good except for what's up with the stand-in shower with no barrier from the rest of the bathroom--and the sink is outside the bathroom! Water splashes all over and why do I have to get out of the toilet to wash my hands? Who needs the sink in the main room anyway? This is not a dorm.

What can I say - incredible experience. Got an upgrade, which always helps. Amazing room, super friendly and chilled staff, great location. Worth every penny!

Contemporary look, but misses the point by a large margin!

This is a very trendy, stylish hotel with excellent service and beautiful facilities. The gym & restaurant were both excellent. At $276 a night plus $38 & tip to park the car, it should be. The hotels right in the area are on the pricey side and parking can be a little tight, so we wanted to stay close. My friends had a groupon at the Chamberlain which they said was very nice and compted their parking.

The Andaz Sunset Strip is a great hotel experience. Its rock 'n roll history is fun and well integrated into the hotel design and vibe. But, best of all, is the impeccable, welcoming service I received from valet through check-out. The staff couldn't have been more genuinely welcoming and friendly. Even though, I'm a Hilton loyalist, the Andaz just moved to the top of my list of where I'll stay in West Hollywood.

Complementary coffee and tea in the morning and complementary wine in the afternoon. Restaurant on site was a bit pricey but the food was good. Good location and friendly staff.

Perfect location nice pool friendly people! Everything we expected in everyday! Highly recommend

We have stayed at this hotel several times, it has a great location, handy to Restaurants, shops etc. The staff are super helpful, they always go that extra mile to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, would recommend to everyone and our folks in Australia. Look forward to a return visit.

This is very good hotel with nice perks. Good location. Complementary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, happy hour from 5 to 7pm with free wine. Good service, very polite staff. We had a great time! We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very easy hotel that is a great way to spend your LA weekend. With the convenient location and the helpful staff it is a good hotel for the LA goer. Love the rooftop pool!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in - anywhere. For overall bang for your buck - this is it! Staff was amazing and so helpful and attentive. Room was quiet, clean, spacious, and great views of LA and Sunset from room on the 8th floor. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, great value for money vs competition nearby.

Love this hotel. Have stayed in a couple of them. So far so good.

We stay here when my son's band travels to LA. It's always a good place to stay.

A quick summary of a nearly flawless trip: Location is fab, nestled cozily at the foot of the Hollywood Hills, and walking distance (though this bring LA, you drive anyway) to a number of landmarks, including the always splendid Chateau. Design was clean and honest, with none of the over-the-top bling seen at other hotels in their bid to be hip and current (W, ahem, W...) Staff was unfailingly polite. Free non-alcoholic beverages in the minibar. Upgraded to a high floor with a view after some quick and friendly banter with the staff member checking me in. Will certainly stay here again!

When we got to our room we noticed the wall paper was coming off the walls. Then we noticed there was someone's old ear plug on the floor. When we notified the manager of this he only stated "oh that's weird". You would think for the price you are paying here that you would get a little more than a snide comment. The concierge was never helpful when we asked for help with restaurants in the area. Then the valet claimed that they couldn't find our car, we later found out that the valet didn't want to give us the car because the hotel hadn't charged us for the daily car fee and released the car to us only when the concierge told them the charge would be added at the end of the day. All in all horrible customer service and the rooms aren't worth the price. Would not stay here again.
