Unit is completely updated. New kitchen, baths, flooring, doors, central a/c, etc. Lots of closet and dresser space. Thirty five foot balcony overlooking trees and waterfall to relax or enjoy your morning coffee. Fantastic gated lush grounds with pool, spa, gym, sauna, library, laundry in building and gated indoor parking space. No pets or smoking. Very walkable safe area with stores, restaurants, bars and grocery store one block down. Fifteen minute walk to Sunset Strip and 15 minute drive to Hollywood Blvd. Minimum one month rental.
