Many surprise expenses. Tiny rooms with no closet and inadequate bathrooms. Not quiet. It is a party scene The coffee shop in lobby is nice hut expensive. The parking is very expensive.

Staff at desk was not exactly the most friendly, some where more than others. Every other employee we ran into was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself is very clean, very polite staff, and has many restaurant and bars available. However the rooms are super dark with poor lighting, and are extremely small. There is no where to put your Items that is convenient. Your are downtown so some of the area's are not what i would call super safe and or clean. (crap on the sidewalk, homelessness etc. not unexpected. The burn outs on the street at 3am didn't help either. The $60 a day for valet is excessive but was necessary.

View from the corner room was awesome! There was a small piece of decoration left in the room on the wall from a previous guest I’m assuming. The room overall was small to maneuver in but we booked for the view.
