Many surprise expenses. Tiny rooms with no closet and inadequate bathrooms. Not quiet. It is a party scene The coffee shop in lobby is nice hut expensive. The parking is very expensive.

Rooms and bathroom real small, this is dorm style rooms. We came on a Friday afternoon and no restaurant or bar was open till 5 so we had nothing to eat or drink except from snacks from a vending machine till any bar or restaurant opened. But besides that everything was clean and staff was great and parking very easy.

This is a great hotel and would be a 5 if not for the really odd set up of no room fridge and almost absent ice/water. Both are only found on 3 floors and this is shared with an oddly attached 2nd hotel. The only way to buy a bottle of water is to go to the lobby in the 2nd hotel... The view was amazing, staff - world class. Food options are plentiful. We walked right across the street to the convention center, LA live and Crypto.com. The rest of the surrounding area is LA at its worst and should be avoided. We will stay here again but only for concert or convention.

Everyone was so lovely, the location was perfect and central for all activities plus the option of valet parking made it such a breeze! The cafe had delicious coffee and smoothies, the gym was clean and had a great range of equipment. The rooms were lovely and clean, the beds were super comfy and the cupboards for supplies came in handy!

Small rooms but extremely comfy bed. The staff member who checked us in, Deanna; was super tv - very friendly and kind. The location is great for events at Crypto.com arena. Downtown LA location is convenient, but quite dirty and noisy.

This was one of the most inconvenient hotels we’ve stayed at. The dinning was 90% 21 and older only. My daughter is 20. The room was ridiculous. No closet, no bathroom. The toilet is behind a GLASS slider. The shower behind another GLASS slider. The utilitarian sink was right as you enter. No coffee machine, microwave or frig ( I should have looked better at the description). The walls are more than paper thin. I heard a woman having a “private moment” next door. A dog must have been left alone somewhere on the floor. He/she barked for a couple of hours while we tried to sleep. The staff kept calling me “sweetie pie”, “honey bun” etc. they also never brought up a blow dryer that was promised. Marriott you really went downhill with this one. In truth I never complain. Had to with this one.

LA is a slumb and around the hotel it is ghetto. Dont pay the extra price for a good view. The hotel itself was ok, a bit over priced but sufficient for 1 evening.
