While the room looked lovely, the shower leaked badly and the hair dryer did not work.

Visiting my son for a day. Close to his place. Very convenient. Nice clean room, nothing spectacular, but fine for one night. Maybe a little better than I was expecting given the reviews.

Check in was slow and they couldn't get my credit card verified cause the connection was unavailable. We finally got checked in after some 30min(we did get a room key so we could take our things to a room. As I had stated upon making the reservation, I had a Dog(Pet) and asked for a ground floor room. I was told their were none available, and was given a 4th floor room. Here is the kicker, I was told that the dog was not allowed to use the elevator!!! I have a 72 lb English Bully and well lets just say four flights of stairs wasn't what I nor he wanted to walk up after 5hrs of sitting in a car. dogs need to relieve them selves and up and down four flights of stairs was unacceptable !! The Hotel is in a great location but the Rooms and everything else about it needs up grading very badly ! The carpet in our room was so badly worn that it was unraveling in spots. They only had one set( wash cloth, small towel and one large towel) in the bath room?? We had to call the front desk to ask for a second set. You would think that they would realize that a couple would need more then one set. Same went for the small bottles of shampoo (only one ). The quoted rate by Orbitz was great , but in reality it was not what I needed to pay. I was aware of the extra pet fees, but their were some other fees that basicly increased the nightly rate by some 25%?? For what I paid I could of stayed at a better HOTEL. The Hotel managment had no cleaning crew to empty the trash cans !!

Charged 50 dollars more. Room not deluxe booked 2 Queens and got 2 full beds when I told them they said that's all they had checked us in to be in 405 but put my girls in 304 no plates on outlets shower had huge Crack microwave missing plate broken pic in room no pool view I will never book there again false advertising have photos but u Alex to download

Me personally went to check in and nobody was there i yelled for someone and still nothing, I called the front desk and it took close to 10 mins for someone to come up so I could check in. I wake up and go downstairs for my free breakfast, the eggs are horrible and when I went to get something different the staff was already throwing everything away. Just absolutely horrible!! And it was fathers day weekend. I'll never go back.

Everything was adequate, but just average. Bed and room comfort and quiet was good. Hot breakfast was acceptable. Pool was in shade almost all day & not heated. Hardly ever any staff at the front desk. Only 1 elevator for whole motel. Adequate free parking. Our room had okay frig & great separate freezer.

Check in was easy it's close to the 101 and the breakfast was good.

My wife left her handbag at the hotel kitchen. She got back to the kitchen in 5 min but never got it back. We were the last to eat breakfast there and nobody else except hotel workers. The lady manager tried to help us but never worked. We all know she brought her bag to the kitchen. No monitor nothing. U left something (valuable?) then u lost.

Everything had stains. Including the lamp shades. Just not nice. Clean but needs a renovation.

We wanted to be in the Hollywood area, and this motel filled the bill very well. Good hot breakfast, strong WiFi, and responsive staff. Good nearby restaurants and convenient to US 101 Freeway and surrounding area. Room is a little weary and could use some freshening up and local channels not available on TV (such as World Series & election debate & weather), but these were minor issues. Nice seating area with chairs and table outside of room on patio. We will stay here again.

We where satisfied with the hotel, and there food,Thank you

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Anime Expo. It was a good hotel for the price we paid. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The STAFF was really friendly and helpful. We asked to check-in early and they said they could have the room ready in about an hour. The ROOM was clean, smelled nice and furniture was a little beat up and old, cable, free coffee. The BED COMFORT felt like a rock. (ONE queen bed for $95 a night). The BATHROOM was a little dingy and needed a new shower head. The POOL seemed pretty clean and the kids had a fun time swimming. NOT a lot shade though. BREAKFAST was pretty cheap and once 930 hits the maid comes by to close it up. The waffles, bacon and eggs are poor quality. We asked for more OJ & coffee cause my husband didn't get any and she said it was all gone, but it wasn't! GET UP EARLY. LOCATION, its not the best pretty ghetto, close to san diego HWY and the Vermont/Beverly metro station (buy a TAP pass $2.75) You can go to Hollywood and don't have to worry about parking, get off on Highland and your right in the heart of hollywood, station is a 5 min walk, Just watch for cars running red lights. Price is to expensive for hotel quality and location. Would I stay here again? Possibly, mainly cause I know what to expect!

The hotel is right off the freeway, located on a hillside. Free hot breakfast, choice of you make it fresh, waffles, scrambled egg, from egg beaters, and thin sliced bacon, several choices of bread for toast, and a choice of a couple of cereals. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and dispensed orange or apple juice. The draw back, no microwave or fridge in room. Ice machine on the 1st floor, and ice bucket in the room. The coffee maker in the room had better tasting coffee then the one at the breakfast bar. DirecTV in the room, with movie channels....cool

This hotel met our needs as we didn't need anything fancy. I would stay here again. There is onsite parking, so that was a big plus.

good place. near around down town, very comfortable.great

There was boards for flooring befor y allied in the room.. But the view from the window was on

The room was clean. Comfortable mattress. Price was good.

Nothing worked. The alarm clock was broken, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in, the television only received one channel with any kind of clarity ... I could go on.
