Truthfully was the worst experience. We ended up going there and realized that the place literally was not what it was advertised to be. We did not even stay one night and had to find another place to stay. We ended up getting a full refund.
Front desk check ing agent Said I needed to wait 15 minutes to check in. And then disappeared leaving the desk unmanned. I later figured out that she went home. An hour and a half later another person finally showed up and check me in
They have no clue of how to run a hotel. Check in took forever, like 20 minutes each customer. they gave me a room at 4 pm, I went there there was still the previous customer's stuff in there, not cleaned up. such a tweaker mess that you wouldn't dare to take over after, even after a cleaning that they could not provide, being understaffed. They proposed refunding when I got back to state I wanted a ready room. AVOID !

I have a high tolerance for cheap hotels but Silver Lake Hotel was a terrible experience. Mostly the front desk was empty an anyone could just wander in. My second night there, there was a party in the room next to me. Loud music, many many people. No one at the front desk cared or noticed all the people coming in in the middle of the night? The day I checked out I asked if they could lock up my luggage for a few hours. I was told no, they wouldn't lock it up but I could just leave it in the lobby as "Someone was always at the desk." Hmmm... I think not.
