Super cute hotel! Loved the location and staff was great. Parking is supposed to be free but there is still an overnight charge. It is only minimal though and overall, it’s a great boutique hotel that we would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Burbank.

I like the fact that it’s close to the warner bro’s lot and universal studios. I wish they had a vending machine in the lobby for those midnight snacks though.

There was no parking and it was difficult to find any unless you paid valet but that what $42.00 every time

I was disappointed when I got there and the only parking provided was $50 per night and there’s was a $25 per night resort fee.

This is a former 4 star hotel that time has left behind. I clearly asked for a quiet room and got one of the noisiest in the hotel > Service is lazy. Yes i know in another time you are expected to negotiate but that’s not 4 star service anymore. Rooms have night lights that don't work and dumb TVs with basic cable. The mandatory amenities fee is high and provides the ‘free’ WiFi and ‘free’ drink coupons. Customers aren’t stupid enough to be fooled by these silly tricks anymore. Good luck in the digital age.

We had a king sized bed jammed against a wall on one side, which made getting in and out

Its a low profile place in a great location. The hotel has a nice but small lounge area.

the hotel was very nice and the room was exceptional. Location is convenient.

Nice facility in Burbank but a little pricey for the neighborhood.

The reviews for this hotel looked pretty good so I was surprised to find my room dirty and needing some repair, including a plug that pulled right out of the desk because the screws had been stripped, a tattered towel in the bathroom that at least looked clean, hair in and around the bathroom, and lots of scratched and dented furnitures and walls. They also left someone else's trash in the room. Very disappointed for the price. I did enjoy the location and bar/restaurant. I liked the theme and overall decor.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service, definitely would book again!

Hotel location is perfect. Not in the middle of the busy tourist area but you can get there in a few minutes. The room was beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Bartender was great.

Recently stayed in this hotel. Decor in and out of the hotel really got my family excited!!! Classic hollywood theme in the room. Room is clean. Only thing is the Pillow cases and bed sheets look old and need replacement. Staff are really friendly and courteous. The restaurant “Garden Room” needs a lot of improvement although. Breakfast was eatible but did not worth the kind of price. $70 bill for 3 little Asians and the meal was a complete turn off.

Jasmin the hotel manager was the best ever. She helped with an issue that I had with Orbitz and she took my stress level down and resolved the issue.

Not really a 4 star hotel. In need of renovations. The positives are that it is conveniently located with easy acccess to the freeway and there is grocery store across the street to get reasonably priced supplies.

It was a nice hotel but all the add ones such as Resort fees Valet parking fees or park on the street option stink. AND at check in they give you 1 complimentary free drink For me and my wife. Hilton,Marriott are a much better value.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. I love the spacious room with comfortable bed. Nice bathroom but I wish there was a tub. I was disappointed but the shower was great with double shower heads. For the amenities fee I paid, I did not use the pool or gym they should at least come with a faster WiFi. The slow WiFi was dreadful. Parking was not included which is not mentioned when I booked the room.

It is true, we only have valet parking on site. There is a nightly charge if you choose to park on site. There is street parking available at no charge adjacent to our property. We thank you for your feedback.
