Outstanding service very kind and friendly staff. The hotel is very beautiful with a nice bar and the rooms new and comfortable for a family of 4. The hotel is close to restaurants and is part of the old London area which is magic and historic . We really enjoyed the place . And thank you guys for the beautiful note you left us and of course all the food we had at the refrigerator so sad we couldn't eat it all .

We had such a good time at the Wilde Liverpool St that we're already planning to come back when we can spend more time there. It's ideally located, with every kind of food a short walk away (including Brick Lane). The vibe in the bar was great (comfy chairs, upbeat lounge music), the staff were very friendly and everything was spotless. Our one niggle is that we didn't find the button to close the blackout blinds, so we were distubed by light in the night. Look out for it - it looks just like the other light switches it's next to, but with blind written on it in tiny writing. Other than that, our room was very comfortable.

I booked this hotel for our anniversary. It was close to our restaurant. I was also going to propose. I messaged the hotel in advance and they very kindly upgraded our room. This added to much to our stay. From the moment we arrives, Daniel greeted us with joy. The hotel smelt amazing. They pump this beautiful smell around all communal areas. We had everything we needed in the room and arranged a late checkout. Fortunately, she said yes!!! So it was one of the most perfect evenings made even better by the hotel. Thank you. We will definitely return!

The room itself is beautiful and functional. However, the shower water pressure was very low, and hot water was almost nonexistent both in the morning and evening. Interestingly, the bathroom and kitchen sinks had much hotter water than the shower. I booked this hotel specifically for the self-service laundry, but it was out of order. I ended up wasting both my evening and morning trying to get my laundry done, which was frustrating and required me to rearrange my day. That said, the staff was helpful and used their own account to get my laundry started, which I appreciated. We also requested an extra comforter and pillows, but it took three requests before they were delivered by the manager herself. The bed is firm, with little to no plush topper. On a positive note, the surrounding area offers many great dining options.

We had the best stay with Wilde near Liverpool Street. From the moment we walked into to the moment we checked out it was the most pleasant experience. The bed was HUGE, which this American needed after trying to sleep with my snoring husband in tiny beds in other London neighborhoods. The space pristine, service top notch, bar and breakfast perfect. Would highly recommend.
