Everything was great. We so appreciated Stewart’s hospitality and accessibility for the lovely flat. The lift was a bonus and the stocked fridge a delight.

My teenage son and I were in town to watch english premier football. This flat was perfect and in a quiet area close to the Victoria line and Pimlico station. Stewart was an excellent host and very responsive. He was prompt to meet us to show us around the flat and gave us great recommendations for the area. Lime and e-bike rentals were very close and convenient. The place was clean and charming and nice to have two separate bathrooms for our needs. We would recommend and stay here again.

Stewart met us upon arrival to give us a very helpful familiarization tour. He had also stocked the frig with breakfast essentials and more which was a lovely touch. The apartment is charming and as depicted in the photos. Stewart was responsive and helpful when we had a snafu. Shops and the closest Bus Station are about an eight minute walk away. Making it easy to catch bus tours. The Underground station is about 12 minutes away. Overall a nice home base for anyone. Thanks Stewart!

Fantastic spacious apartment with outstanding host. Highly recommend.- Great location a few blocks from Victoria Station and lots of wonderful restaurants. Even though it is centrally located the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe.- Victoria Station is an ideal spot not only for the Tube, but many excursion buses, and airports and trains.- There is a lovely private park across the street if you want to relax in a green space. The balcony is charming. - The living room area is very inviting, fun artwork and nice area to relax at the end of the day together. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms have super soft, plush towels. Stewart even has umbrellas to use by the door if you didn't travel with one!- OMG - the fridge was stocked with so much complementary food. We have rented a lot of VRBOs but NO ONE has had such a gracious supply of food waiting for you when you arrive hungry and tired and disoriented. It was very thoughtful and allowed us to get out and enjoy London instead of having to find a grocery store right away.- Very clean and Stewart provided excellent communication before and during our stay.You will not want to leave!

Practically Perfect in Every Way

We had an excellent stay here for our family's first trip to London. Our host was waiting to meet us on our arrival from the airport for an easy check in and quick tour. Quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood, well-maintained, historic, charming building and apartment. Lots of space in the lounge, plus a balcony; comfy rooms, full kitchen with a dishwasher, espresso machine, electric kettle, etc. There were some excellent basics stocked in the fridge for us.The building has a lift which was convenient for carrying up luggage and groceries but it's an easy-enough walk up on the second floor. Loved walking the neighborhood. A quick, convenient, and equidistant walk to either Victoria or Pimlico proved a great location as our home base to anywhere via the tube or rail (which we used to visit Windsor Castle).We had a wonderful trip, and a large part of that was having this great flat to come back to; it really felt like home in the end. When we return to London, this will be our first choice. Mary Poppins said it best: practically perfect in every way! Thanks for a great stay!
