Do not book

We feel that this place does not exist or whoever manages it does a terrible job! We were informed by the hotels.com many times that our booking is confirmed, however we did not receive any information of how to enter the building. We were standing outside the building for 2h trying to reach the number given on the website, the live chat and we were told that they also struggle to reach the owner of the place. The number given on the website is very difficult to reach and when it does whoever answers it simply does not care about providing any sort of information or help. We would strongly advice not to book this place! We ended up staying in very expensive hotel as we had no other choice. We are now trying to receive our money back.This simply destroyed our plans as we had a surprise prepared for our friend for her hen party.
