The hotel by itself is very nice. The location is perfect. The room and bathroom are beautiful and very confortable. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Service is excellent. I would highly recommend!
We were here for 4 nights. We loved this property. Our room was beautiful and comfortable with a great view of Hyde Park and the Marble Arch. This was our first time in London and we liked this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice casual dinner in their bar/restaurant.
Stayed for three nights on a quick tourist visit to London. Near Marble Arch and the underground station, this is a perfect place for a stay. The rooms here are elegantly appointed with numerous luxuries. The staff was extremely helpful, ready to serve and very friendly. One of the nicest Marriott hotels I've stayed in.
Its cold outside, but the Hotel is World Class. The lobby is elegant with white marble floors. light grey walls, mirrors, pictures, modern furniture, lamps and flowers. Steps lead you up to a lounge overlooking the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms have everything. Hotel has gym, pool, bar, store, restaurant. The staff is professional and friendly.. You are located on Park Lane at Oxford so easy access to four Tube lines. They honored my Marriott points.
A whirlwind 3 day trip to London with the perfect location! On the edge of Hyde Park and the Marble Arch! Easy access to The Tube, all buses and a walk to Kensington Palace! The staff was terrific and very helpful. The hotel was always clean and well attended. Executive Lounge and a fine array of drinks, snacks and "afternoon tea". The hotel restaurant had a delicious Fish n Chips! I would recommend staying here for sure!
Excellent location for a London visit. Staff very helpful and courteous throughout the stay. Room was well appointed and finished to a high standard. Good size bathroom with large shower(no bath). We only ate breakfast at the hotel, good choice and cooked fresh. Very enjoyable stay.
OMG!!! I didn't want to leave. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I loved it!! NOT ONE SINGE THING WRONG. Totally worth it. The staff, the food, the bed, everything was so incredibly perfect. I love it.
Overall, the hotel was great The service is impeccable, the location is very good (right next to Marble Arch Underground stop) and the rooms were clean and tasteful. On a sour note, the adjacent restaurant (Lanes of London) was disappointing. I stopped in for a late night dinner because it was convenient. To be nice about it, the service and food fell well short of the hotel's standards. Skip this spot and enjoy the many great restaurants of London.
So I had the pleasure of staying here two nights. I so wish I could stay here for weeks. It by far my best hotel experience ever. From the moment I arrived when they greeted me with big smiles and a hot towel and a little snack at the sit down check in. And then got escorted to my room. And my suitcase seconds after as well. Rooms are so nice and beautifully done. Huge comfy bed with a lots of comfy pillows. And barrooms is just stunningly beautifully done in marble. And a toilet with a heated seat and wash function:-) Fluffy towels and robs. And an nespresso coffee maker as well as a kettle. I had breakfast at Lanes of London and food and service is just perfect there as well. I just loved my stay here so much. I can't say it enough. And it is not a huge hotel. So all staff know you after a day. And when ever you come back after shopping they take all your shopping bags to your room. Every little question and task is done by all staff with smiles. It really looks like the staff love their jobs. Good job by the management:-). I will be back.
Every part of our stay at this hotel was beyond superb. From the check in with hot towels, freshly squeezed juice and the most divine chocolates ever, through to the exquisite suite. As for the suite - with a view over Hyde Park, the most enormous luxurious bathroom and a bed which was so comfortable we didn't want to get up.... what can I say? Even the Nespresso machine tucked in a cupboard was a thrill. The spa was a delight. Service was exemplary. Every part of the stay made it a very special experience.
