Overall a nice flat in a nice location, but many small issues let it down. Most notable was that there was no bedding for the sofa bed, especially annoying since we've paid for the extra person.

Great location doesn't make up for it

We were not warned that this property was a basement flat with exterior access down a steep metal staircase which was a bit of the struggle. Property was tired, particularly the bathroom and not very clean. We stayed 4 nights and after the 2nd night the TV stopped working - it only does internet TV anyway so not the best choice for live programs. Kitchen equipment was limited - cutlery and cups for example. Some coffee pods provided but no tea and no salt and pepper. Otherwise very close to Paddington station and the area itself is much improved so better restaurants. Overall not great.
